- The new stadium, rising at Bramley-Moore Dock on Liverpool's iconic waterfront, is set to redefine the matchday experience for its fans. Its exceptional construction reflects a commitment to innovation and sustainability. Designed as a bowl structure with a capacity of 52,888, it features a striking 13,000-seater stand crafted from glass and steel, merging modern aesthetics with traditional elements.
With their ultimate priority being their fans, the stadium intends to include a new Fan Plaza in the east corner of the south stand, designed with eco-friendly landscaping, including newly planted trees that will provide shade and protection from coastal winds, fostering a welcoming environment for supporters. Other features include blue lighting highlighting the iconic curved roof barrel on the east stand and a world-class hybrid SIS grass surface. Using state-of-the-art technology, specialist machinery will be used to stitch together synthetic fibres into the roots of the grass which will give strength and stability to a long-lasting playing surface.
Despite the speed at which Everton football club is moving towards the completion of this new stadium, many still wonder how long the construction will take, especially with the amount of money it is expected to cost and whether its luxurious features are feasible to achieve.

Goodison, as dear as it is to Evertonians, is badly outdated and looking at it dispassionately now one of the worst in the top flight. There has been an increasing air of inferiority about the club for a long time partly due to our circumstance. We've been crying our for a new stadium since the 1990s. BMD is an absolute wonder and will help us close the gap to the best clubs again. I cannot wait for 2025/26 to kick off.

Stadium too big??? theres a waiting list of 8000 for season tickets, It looks like everyone on that list will NOT be guaranteed a ticket at the new stadium, that tells me its far to small.
In February the waiting list was 34,000

they are only having 37.500 season tickets at bramley moore so lots will not be able to go

I like many have followed the build on UA-cam but as it stands I have not seen anything outstanding. I could be wrong ! It looks great but I don’t think it matches Tottenham stadium.
So Spurs stadium is situated in the middle of what? Everton Stadium is situated next to a world famous river, just by a world famous River Front, that has Ocean Liners moored up just along the river. Built on reclaimed land from a Dock, and preserving the dock wall,Hydraulic tower, the bollards etc at the same time breathing life back into a derelict dock area and across the road from the largest brick built warehouse in the world (grade 2 listed and now being converted into luxury apartments) yes I suppose it is just another stadium. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@ianphillips9455 in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world . The stadium is serviced by 4 train stations and is less than 20 minutes from the heart of London , its got more than an old tobacco warehouse conversion on its doorstep.
@@frankjenkins6627 bramley moore dock is in a more prominent location than spurs stadium the spurs stadium is nice but its designed for american football BMD is a purpose built football stadium on the banks of one of the most famous waterfronts in europe thats why there are 4 big companies bidding for sponsorship for BMD as they know its great exposure whereas spurs still dont have a stadium sponsor because its in the middle of nowhere
Tottenham's ground is in one of the worst areas in the UK. Got nothing going for the area.
Everton's new ground is also in an area that is neglected but there is huge potential and in 10-15 years will be significantly improved.
Spurs' is a great stadium but it's full of daytrippers and not specifically a Football Stadium. More of an entertainment venue.

Spurs, Man City and West Ham’s stadiums is better than Everton’s stadium
West Ham play in an athletics stadium, built for the Olympic games.
Man City also play in an athletics stadium, built for the commonwealth games.
Spurs have fantastic modern stadium, as do Arsenal.
However, none of them have a stadium in such an amazing location.
The River Mersey is one of the most historic waterways on Earth, and Evertons new stadium sits proudly at its side.
