- In this episode I have brought my Metal Detector to the coast to see what treasures can be found buried beneath the ground.
This site has gifted me with some amazing finds to date including coins and artefacts but what we got this time left me speechless!
Want to see what I find? Hit play and come along for the day while we soak up the sights and sounds of the beautiful English countryside as we attempt to uncover long lost treasures lost for centuries buried beneath our feet.

That sure is a beautiful location, Michael
Cool stuff like aways
Hi Michael, what a nice day out and some interesting finds. The silver coin is an added benefit. It would have been nice to not to have been slick but it’s silver nonetheless. Great scenery and your videos are always shot superbly. Thank you for taking us along on your adventure… John
let's go let's go treasure and adventure ✌👵
Thanks for another great video, nice finds too :)
Well done young man. Thoroughly enjoyed that. I’ve been a little unwell this week but hope to be ok to get out at the weekend, fingers crossed. If Ii can do half as well as you I shall be happy 😁👍
Hi Michael, awesome video as always! I really love the cockle pendant and the mystery fubular brooch, as they have so much personal value to them. Thank you for sharing another fab video, I can't wait for the text. 👍😊
Another excellent video and some fantastic finds. Congrats!
Some nice treasures recovered on this outing. Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your finds with us today.
what a fantastic day you had Michael with cracking finds plenty more finds after the next plough well done thanks again cheers
The pointed copper alloy item, if it has a hollow end, could be a "spur" used in cock fighting. They were tied over the bird's natural spur to make them more fearsome..The cockle shell was an insignia for Walsingham Priory, so that could be a pilgrims pendant.. Nice day out for you !
An excellent hunt with interesting finds. If you contact the portable antiquities scheme (PAS) they will help with ID
I have been metal detecting in England for ever but have never found anything laying on the surface all most an inch below the surface. 😛. LOL. 😀. It just sounded funny when you said it. 😀. P.s. I found one of my best ever finds laying half in the soil and half out just sat there glistening in the sunshine. 😊.
Cracking permission you've got there 👌🏻👌🏻
Great day out. I can imagine this changes day-to-day but how many targets do you find on average you are able to put in your videos in comparison to what you dig (perhaps this question was better suited for the why you don’t do live digs video 😅)? For myself, I find the ratio of targets would be far far lower for over interesting targets. Given, that is par for the course with this awesome hobby.
Lovely mate - that poss. Roman Fib. is a scorcher hey? 😍 & very cool to get the worked-flint at the end... Thanks as ever matey... 🙏🏻 B 🐭
Some interesting finds Mike nice day out. Stay well. Al,NJ,USA
Not seen a cockle pendant before, very interesting well done mate

Hi Michael, that lead could be a fishing net weight...👍
Michael lovely looking place well done on finds
Great finds and great video as always!
Nice video mate
I think that roman brooch depicts a swans head. The decorated thing with the holes could be a shield decoration.
Too many adverts
Good weather, brilliant scenery and some class finds. Lovely.
