So fun to know every day there will be a new episode to watch...thank you for doing the 30 in 30. Rain 🌧 rain ☔️ rain 🌧!
This is quickly becoming one of my favorite parts of the evening to unwind. Thanks for another great video!
Glad you enjoy it!
You need to RIP it about six too eight inches
Me to. I can't do much so I watch this every day !!!
Oddly enough I really enjoy harrowing, spreading manure, mowing hay, raking, and baling. I know many people think it is monotonous, but I enjoy the simplicity and putting my mind into it.
Audible.com ! lol
Me too! Add plowing to the list and the smell of the earth.
Nothing better.
@@ridethetrain9326 yep! Pretty much all field work gets me excited.
You are so gentle with your animals, it is very heart warming to see,
. Another great video Mike.
And then he eats them!
Absolutely his family and several other families eat the animals that is why God put them here is for eating them
Love the 30 in 30.
Can't wait to start seeing all the calves.
Glad to see Miracle Baby doing well!!! I hope you all get the rain you need to get that hay up and refill your watering holes
I hope so too!
@@OurWyomingLife why don't you irrigate? (just kidding) 🤣
Love the way you talk to the cows each morning! Keep you the good work.
Thanks for taking us along with you today Mike. Your awesome for all you do in these daily vlogs. Take Care and God Bless.
My pleasure!!
I really enjoy the 30 in 30 videos. Thanks for having us into your lives.
I know it's work but I sure enjoy 30 in 30, thank you!
Hope you guys get the rain you need this spring👍
That “harrowing” experience is far better than sock laundry.
I'm liking the 30/30. You do a top notch job, Erin and the kids too.
Those meat chickens feeding reminded me of my nephew's five year old hockey team. Good laugh, thanks!
Hi Mike, I'm enjoying the 30/30 again this year. Thanks for doing it!!! We had over 10 inches of rain last week in Nashville, TN along with wind, hail, tornadoes and flooding. I wish I could send you about 8 inches of the rain. See you tomorrow!!
Thank you for letting us see the ranch and everything else
No drama on the ranch is a good day.
Thank you for sharing your time at work on the ranch.
That hero left you no room for error coming through the gate LOL
Love your vids. I know its work, but people need to see REALITY, cuz theres not much of that anymore. Thank you!!
Moo from AZ.💕. I like the name April someone chose💕💕
I love it when the cows are all standing around you and you talk to them. One day, they will answer. Glad your princess is still doing well. Ask Mckenzie how she would like the name Lilibet. Lilibet became Queen Elizabeth II. So it will be like little princess.
Sending lots of prayers for rain this year! ♥️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I imagine you have watched the baby nurse from mom. She is a protective mom. You do a great job with your animals and family. Looking forward to tomorrow. Hugs, Bobbi
Happy Easter Mike & family...Thank you.for the vlogs about your ranch and all that you do..
I'm glad it was a good day..can't wait for another
I think gabby would be a great name because she is always talking back to you lol
Good Evening To Our Wyoming Life And All Others Too. Happy Early Easter Everybody.
Good luck with the rain. One thing though, when I was growing up on a ranch my father always told me, never name a cow, chicken, pig or any animal that's gonna become food. But hey, I still like Twinkle for your newby calf:-)
At least you had a great day for getting things done April 3rd who knows what the weather will bring? I'm praying for rain for you and the ranch, hope you have a happy Easter!
Nice Work And Content Mike, keep it going.

Got the "minimalist t-shirt" - love it! Still too cold in the NE, but it looks really nice!
🙌🙌💞 Sweet calf. Thanks for sharing.💝💝
Thank you Mike! So happy the little calf is hanging in there. Glad this mama cow is a little nicer than last years.
Thank You for taking the time to do the 30 in 30. Sock laundry can be fun if you do sock puppets.
Good work Mike.
Glad you enjoyed it
Good to see about the calf.
Glad to see the momma cow being protective of her baby and thanks for explaining the whole harrowing process didn't realize how important it was crossing my fingers that u get the rain u need for the hay happy Easter

Sending prayers for y’all to get some good rains the next couple of months. So dry!! Baby no name is doing great. Mom has taken over really good! Sure enjoy your Wyoming Life episodes. 👏💕👏
Thank you very much. I really enjoy your videos 📹
Your doing awesome keep up the good work Mike and Erin thanks for sharing
Thanks! Will do!
👍👍👍. Great way to end my day watching another 30/30 awesome video. We’ve been in drought conditions for several years and got notice new meters installed will regulate our area and more water cops on patrol. Weatherman claims rain but none comes only blowing winds. Sure loved my days on tractor in TN as we worked for rent and caring for baby black angus bulls preparing for the big fair near where landowner had 3000 acres. Those were the times where weather report was accurate and climate control no issue. Be nice if those days were here again. Moved back to California on our own small ranch and ya had to apply for more water if had livestock over three acres. Do hope ya get some rain cus April used to be the month of showers and be nice if your fields get lush. Baby calf sure is small and probably sleeps a lot so she can develop still. Still not ready to be set free but maybe momma will be more cordial to you being there more. Great job taking us on your chores and showing the real life of ranching. With no extra help makes for long days but sometimes it’s better that way 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Praying for rain we haven't had much here in Northern Iowa
Thanks for sharing the ranch with everyone
Happy Easter everyone
Same to you!
Glad to see the calf is doing well, very interesting video, thanks for all you do Mike.
You bet! Thanks
Happy Easter to you and your family. Always enjoy watching your videos and seeing how you run your ranch compared to how we do it here in NE Ohio. Keep up the good work
Have good
Hi from south central Los Angeles
When I was helping out on the family farm. Never had to do a switcharoo. We had a routine for cows/cattle. We never had water in the stalls. We let them out for water twice a day, put in hay and other feed, clean their stalls out and do whatever we need to the calf during that time. If we are working on the calf, We always had some hay outside the stall to keep her distracted (as they always go for a bite as normal and it is normal for her to see it) with the stall door closed as normal, only door open when we are cleaning or letting them in or out. This way the cows knows the same routine. We never had issues, but it is more work.
Only when helping on other farms I see issues where calf work such as tagging, injections is not built into normal routines. Calves and cows be distressed and risks to us increased.
Mike you make Cattle Ranching look SO EXCITING!!!! It's a Wonder why everybody isn't trying to start one!!!! ANOTHER GREAT Video in the 30 for 30!!!
Yes, April should be her name! Miracles of spring. Fitting!
Great video
That is a good size chain harrow , been using one on our pasturesfor years . And also after spreading manure on the field , across the fields that spreads it out better
Howdy Mike, providing the asteroid/meteor wasn't too large, impacted a desolate part of the ranch it could possibly provide some financial support for the ranch. Calf looks great. Enjoying the 30 for 30 too. Have A Day! ;~)
Good morning from Grand Forks
Good morning!
Glad to see my Lily still hanging in there
I don't know Mike folding sock laundry can be fun!!!lolol
With my socks , they are all white so I don’t fold just toss them all in one drawer . Like how your make it feel I’m there visiting, want to lend a hand . Thanks for your video. Don’t forget Canadian talk ..eh .
Good stuff!!
Glad you enjoyed it
THANKS FOR THE VIEDO ONLY 26 MORE TO DO HAPPY EASTER TO YOU GUYS.
Looks like rain on Tuesday for you. 🤞🏻
hope the grass gets green soon.
slainte from iteland !!
Always interesting
I know it must be a very hard job. But you make it look easy. I know it’s been hard lessons learned. Good job
I enjoy watching your videos Mike because I’m just starting out with my own cows, and watching you deal with the young calves helps me deal with my young calves. I do have a question, maybe I missed it, but what is cake?
I hope the tiny calf will keep doing good.
I love the background music.
You have some nice buffalo wallos,
You've got to watch out for those Canada Geese. Here in Canada we're not sure if they are geese or velociraptors in disguise... : )
Praying for rain!
Hope you get the rain
🚜Awesome
That is clever with the broiler feed.
That was a awesome idea
Like a farmer that cultivates and plants is preparing for the rain. Harrowing seems like a light version of the disc in farming. Do you have to replant the hay every year? I hope you still get sleep during this 30 in 30, what a commitment on your part. Thanks for letting us see the lifestyle and your commitment to this series and ranching.
Enjoying the 30-30 , calving going to bust loose any day now.
Great video...if you need another job you should narrate books, love listening to you
The hole that the cow was laying in could send a person on a trip if they inadvertently drove over it.
Yes it could
Hi Mike, I would like to know about the drone filming :) Who is controlling the drone ? LOL TIA... have a lot of fun to watch your episode. I learn a lot. :)
it's so danged dry around here that normal or above normal rain would run off too quick for the soil to absorb it. we pulled in 4000 yards of compost and spread it around just to hold in what rain we get , If
You should do an equipment tour sometime.
Just ran the inflation calculator. $30,000 in 1989 is $63,633, So current price is double the inflation rate. Oh, and you can't repair it yourself.
The Jurassic park music is the best
I think a great name for the calf would be Munchkin or Minnie Mae.
Glad Baby Cow Good, I seen old truck in that in Barn, you know what year it is? good scape,
Such a harrowing experience
Did Somebody say CAKE!!?!?!
Do you ever seed and fertilize your pastors and hay fields to help growth???
