It's so cool if you think about it. From the moment he was born with this name, that means 'sword' then to all the training that he did with swords and martial arts, then all the roles that he played before that, even him speaking fluent English...everything lead to Zoro. He is the most perfect actor for this role

I heard the netflix stunt team couldn't cope up with macken bc he was too fast at sword fights so macken had to slow it down the fight sequence. Ppl who watched rurouni kenshin would know how much this guy is capable of doing. I love you zoro but Enishi for the win ❤️

What you heard is true. Mackenyu is son of Sonny Chiba RIP and grew up practising martial arts. He's extremely good with katanas and the fight scenes of Enishi x Keishin - Rurouni Kenshin - The Final are breathtaking. Enish is the vilain but it's impossible to dislike the deep, lost, disturbed man who couldn't get over his sister death.
To be honest, Rurouni Kenshin is my favourite live action.

Guys if you are amazed in his fighting scene here, you should definitely watch his fighting scene in Rurouni Kenshin the Final. His fighting scenes there are so epic because I believe both the actors are martial artist. 😊

Zoro is more bulk after the time skip... the earlier episodes he's not that big. Also this guy looks bigger in Rurouni Kenshin. He also went shirtless in Knight of the Zodiac. He's jacked. Maybe it can only be seen when he's wearing less clothes.
