- The European Union has planned a 'punishment' for Hungary PM Viktor Orban. The foreign ministers of the bloc have decided to snub a high-profile summit to be held in Budapest next month. Politco reported that EU's Josep Borrell has decided to hold a meeting of the foreign ministers at the same time as the Hungarian summit to make them skip the Orban-hosted event. The moves comes Orban's meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin last month angered the EU. Watch.
