  • In this episode, I was honored to interview Christian Navarro-Torrez who runs CIRS lab. Christian is a researcher and cognitive neuroscientist with a big passion for specializing in Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome since his own diagnosis. We discuss one of the most important aspect of CIRS which is the effects it has on the brain, especially if left untreated for a long period of time. We discuss not only how it can damage the brain, but also the science and mechanisms behind how it does what it does to us neurologically.
Christian won an award at CIRSx this year, which is the world's largest annual research convention for CIRS professionals, researchers and patients. I also had the honor of meeting Christian this year at CIRSx in Frisco, TX with my mold dog, Atlas.
Here is the list of labs needed to diagnose CIRS, which we discussed in this episode!
