Most churches offered primarily low masses and based on all that I've heard, it was not especially an uplifting experience. There was also a lot of silence and mumbling of bad Latin. Churches today, particularly those that are bringing back the more high mass aspects, are in many cases far superior to what you would've found pre-Vatican II at a typical RC church.
You see how that United us. I personally can’t believe they hid this from us.

I'm an Anglo-Catholic and my Church sings many of these each Sunday, but in English. I wish they would sing them in Latin: I can't quite explain why but I feel deeply emotional when singing/listening to hymns in ecclesiastical Latin, but I don't get the same reaction when they're in English. Dominus vobiscum.

You're Anglican? Please don't call yourself Catholic. That's a slap on Catholics. King Henry viii made his Anglican religion and confiscated Roman Catholic Catedrals and murdered Bishop, Priests, and Catholic who opposed his heretical church.
You want to be saved then become a member of One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church outside of which there is no salvation.
Only 8 people were saved in the Ark and outside of which all were drowned. The Ark was a pre-figure of the One True Church of Jesus Christ.

Our church in Ottawa is TLM and masses are beautiful and deeply meaningful especially if you follow along with the prayers of Holy Mass. Our choir sings many Latin hymns during high masses as well. Your choir sings these magnificently ! Thank you and God bless you! 🙏🙏

Yes. Only have this holy music in church. This secular stuff lacks. Plus its not a secular church. Sadly secular clergy turn Catholicism into secular faith.
Ive told ouf priest's this. This church has lost parishioners who have found a traditionist church witb the LATIN MASS. And the communion rail. The priest placing the host on the parishioners tongue. The true Mass. True Catholics do not want a secular church.
