    Ingredients:
    Brinjal - 500g
    *For frying:
    Oil
    Cornflour - 5 tbsp
    Maida/ all purpose flour - 5 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
    Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
    Salt
    Water
    *For preparation:
    Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
    Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
    Chopped garlic - 1 1/2 tbsp
    Chopped onion - 3 ( medium size )
    Green chilli - 2
    Capsicum - 1 ( medium size )
    Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
    Pepper powder- 1 tsp
    Soya sauce - 2 tsp ( dark )
    Tomato sauce - 3 tsp
    Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
    Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
    Sugar - 1 to 1 1/2 tsp
    Salt
    Hot water - 1 cup
    Spring onion / Coriander leaves
