Fun Fact: In the remaster booklet, Dave Mustaine states that the lyrics "Death surely awaits you, with sharp pointy teeth" are inspired by Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

So fucking good, a great trip down memory lane. So lucky to be growing up through the 80s. And all this Megadeth v Metallica bullshit, just love em both, both bands massive parts of my youth and still are \m/
Dude I'm 52 now and me too. 80s were an amazing time to grow up. Here's a little fun fact. All the metal bands I discovered in the 80s, it was usually their second album I bought first. Ride the Lightning was the first Met album..Hell Awaits...New Order Testament...Maiden Killers but Megadeth it was Killing is my Business. Oh sht wait...I just realized...Bonded by Blood was the first Exodus album. Oh well, I've been saying wrong sht for decades.. Anyway, yeah this was great back in the day. So great.
Everything about this song kicks ass, but what really baffles me is how they managed to get a guitar to sound like it does at :48 I have never heard that in another song ever
We all know that Dave Mustaine's vocals can be annoying to listen to and many would agree. But people don't realize that his vocals fit a certain kind of metal/rock genre. Rock singers like Axl Rose and the singer of ACDC can have annoying voices as well but people don't really point it out since it fits their music styles. Just listen to this song, you can easily tell Dave's voice fits the style and sound well.
I would love for Dave to completely re-record this album. I love this whole album. I think it has some of Megadeth's best musicianship on it. Unfortunately, the recording quality is poor, and a remaster just does not cut it. It could be great... It could be Megadeth...
I think that's what makes it great. It's really daves vocals that get muddled occasionally, but at the same time, that's why killing is my business is my favorite song. The harmony vocals are muddled and it sounds like some guy ran in to the room to shout a lyric real quick lol.
@SnakesBlues Metallica hasn't been Thrash in over 20 years. Megadeth lost it with Risk, got it back. Death Magnetic would've been great if they had the energy for it. I think it would've been so much better if they didn't know how to not do the things they do now. I say Metalica RIP 84-88.
Fun Fact: In the remaster booklet, Dave Mustaine states that the lyrics "Death surely awaits you, with sharp pointy teeth" are inspired by Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
That's why I love getting CDs, Vinyls, etc, so you learn cool stuff that people who just download don't
Killing Is My Business is sadly the only album remaster out of 8 that provide information about every song.
nice fact
Ye!
I’m pretty sure the entire song is inspired by the clash with the rabbit in that movie.
I have found the holy grial, and its actually called Megadeth - KIMB
Grial
grial
Dammit past me, you Beat me to the punch on that one
i think this is easily the most underrated megadeth song
even though it's so fuckin amazing
Agreed, that and my last words from peace sells
Looking down the cross is pretty underrated
I would also throw Black Swan, 99 Ways To Die, and Bad Omen on that list
Don’t even bother listening to this song if you’re not gonna TURN UP the volume. Amazing work. David and Dave are beasts.
@Nigaloo 42 had and has groupies, so what? A shame he was kicked out of megadeth, mustaine has done worse
Sup man. Herd this song lately? :)
Facts bruh!
gotta love Ellefson's bass skillz
I love this song because it is bouncy.
Man I fucking love Gar. The final kill remaster really highlights how good he was. Rest in peace my friend.
this whole album is pretty solid! one of my favorite.
this song sounded so familiar when I first listened to it for some reason.
probably used in a commercial
Idk why but it reminded me of metal militia. Which makes sense since Dave wrote it
Because you are one of them like me🤘🤘
same it's so familiar, maybe it's a song for chosen people haha \m/
Same here chorus sounds so familiar
Great song inspired by a great film. What else needs to be said.
David Ellefson’s bass solo is fire 🔥
awwwwww amazing ass bass solo we meet again :)
Songs rocks, bass solo is way fun to play, but not nearly as complicated as fucking 'Take No Prisoners'. That song is a workout.
dont forget My Last Words
@@fingersmcoy big true
2:00 - 2:11 most orgasmic seconds in metal ever
The first time what I heard that part I think the song ends
this songs feels different, it's not so thrash, but like groovy jazz, and that's why I like it
I came for the bass line 🖤
This song rocks! It's got so much NWOBHM flavor!
All about that Monty Python and the Holy Grail 🖤🤟🤟🔥🔥😎
MEGADETH ARE SO FUCKIN BETTER!
חמוטל אזולאי *drops penny*
Roy Really man...
Ever notice the lyrics could coincide with Monty Python's The Holy Grail. The scene with the bunny rabbit...
man this album is hard 2 find
great album, its a classic
i love the growl in the beginning of the solo
It refers to the Rabbit of Caerbannog (from Monty Python and the Holy Grail)
"Look at the BONES!"
A great deep cut
2:10 best section in the entire album😫
EL MEJOR METAL DE TODOS LOS TIEMPOS MEGADETH Y METALLICA
Antonio Ramon Concepción Vidal no no el lo dijo bien

Hear no evil see no evil speak no evil

It's like the perfect fucking mix of Jazz, metal and pop music.
Tburkulowsys pop?
I think you mean blues instead of pop
IT IS THE RABBIT!
What a talented young man
RAISE THE SHIELD OF THE HOLY PILGRIMS HIGH INTO THE AIRRRRR
@SnakesBlues You are totally right man. I don't understand why people cannot like both bands. it is a big mystery to meXD
I love megadeth
Listen to the riff, sounds like "heard it on the x" zz top
@KISSAceGenePaulPete1 1988? and justice for all was their fastest record it's more like 1981-1991 one whole decade
@jk78779 They both Die by the sword, but that swords man is beaten by Kreator ;)
Dude his voice kicks so much ass on this album!
This is the best versión and cover to
Everything about this song kicks ass, but what really baffles me is how they managed to get a guitar to sound like it does at :48 I have never heard that in another song ever
@SnakesBlues i definetly feel you on this one man
2:22 I swear Dave plays it faster because he was raised by wolverines.

Well I guess the 4 posts are identical, but not the same.

You got your wish my friend, I hope u didn't pass away before being able to hear the re-recorded album
Nah this sounds amazing. It’s got that old school low budget horror movie vibe that you just can’t match.
@@Bitch6667-q1w what a great way of putting it
Fuck I love this song
lol at the tags
@jk78779 I will say that they are both great bands but they are far from equal. That's up to the opinion of the fan.
With Sharp and Pointy Teeth
VAMOS MEGADETH MOTHER FUCKERS!
@dillonlucido You spelled 'spelled' wrong...
(Drooling) Fuck yeah!!!
This version sounds awesome
I like it more than the remastered
pienso q megadeth es musica para hombres ,mientras q metallica hace musica q escucha mi sobrina.. conclusion:MEGADETH:HUEVOS
Charly Davil al menos tu sobrina escucha buena música, no basura como el reggaeton, eso es bueno
never
I prefer Megadeth, but if you prefer Metallica, that's okay, too.
HAH

Josh Zalar ur so fuckin right
@jk78779 But they aint, megadeth are much better haha:)
strange albuk with a creppy sound but a good album technical it is a great album but the guitar sound was a bit thin.
Chúpala Spotify, arruinaste la esencia del metal: mientras menos calidad auditiva, más calidad musical
Metallica=Megadeth
Pop=Shit
