The bgm should not peak red and yellow or at least mid green to lower green while the main video audio should stay green, peak yellow if cant be avoided. So that you have a standard and consistency not only on balancing them but also consistency on all clips you gonna make.

This is not entirely true; shakeratos are definitely a thing, especially during the summer. They're espressos shaken with sugar and ice.
But ice and sugar would DEFEAT the purpose of espresso.
