I was watching the news earlier today and was just making my way through this lesson on Khan Academy. How timely, indeed!

The 9th and 10th Amendments are a checks and balances. The 9th amendment makes it clear that the government cannot create a law to deny or diminish any rights that you have.

In a day in age where you can't learn something without it coming from a politically motivated POV, Khan academy comes in clutch

There is a Section of the 10th you really didn't address well enough, its the part that says OR TO THE PEOPLE why would the 10th include OR TO THE PEOPLE if the States already represent The People? Why didnt it say AND TO THE PEOPLE instead of OR TO THE PEOPLE? Please explain the reasoning for it. Thank You...

I'm wondering how this goes with the vaccine mandate. I would deny a vaccine mandate as much I can.

Vaccine mandates, for covid especially, are for public health risks which, unless under religious exemption, are prioritized for the health and safety of we the people. Please get vaccinated.

    Yeah, clear as mud.
What we have now is every city, county and state has different laws about every single thing.
What good is being a citizen, when we are considered perely residents by the cities, counties and states ?

They were enslaved people not "slaves" which relegates them to being just a thing and not human.

Maybe the info in this video is useful, but it is just reading from the text, not interesting like other video or presentation, its kind of boring.
