Been enjoying the new MTS stuff in the past year. Neverbloom was an all time favorite album of mine and my impression of MTS dipped with the album after Old souls. No fault to them as they were just moving in a direction I wasn't vibing with. HOWEVER my interest was peaked with Doomswitch and the songs since have re-lit that fire I felt when first listening to them back in the ol neverbloom days. I hope they stick with this route as they have dropped some monster tracks!
Make Them Suffer is very hit or miss for me. Like "Erase Me" may be one of my favorite songs of all time. But they have a lot of songs that just lose me at the chorus, and this was one of them
Damn, was starting to feel like I was the only person to feel this way. Like Silent Planet, I feel like they lean too far into electronics now and it's more distracting than anything.
Make Them Suffer is one of the few bands who i know never made a bad song. All of their songs are good, i can't wait for the new album lol.
