can you tell me...I use hot water and soaked the seeds in a glass container for two days mixed with castor oil. I use it every other day....I haven't seen a change. Is there something I'm doing wrong.
The castor oil you buy for 50 - 100 rupees is waste of money... It does not have any benefits of real Castor oil.. The price of caster oil depends on the process that is used to make it..

Very simple use clinic plus shampoo it helped me very much,now I'm completely free from dandruff
Don't use head and shoulders shampoo it doesn't work well instead of that dandruff is increasing lot and hair fall too☹️☹️☹️

i’m not sure if this is the answer ur looking for but spray the F water onto scalp and leave for 20 minutes then rinse with mild shampoo:)

Mine hair fall has reduced and I'm having new baby hairs growing because of these steps:
1. oil once or twice a week and let it stay on for at least 1 hour.
2. Wash your hair twice/once a week and condition it accordingly.
3. Use reactivaate serum serum by littlelextraa everyday.
4. Regularly cut your hair at a specific time, e.g., once a month or twice.
5. Don't checking at your hair for weeks and so.
6. Don't take any stress.
