It's a detail the reason why it's backward because it's not the Ben prime he's just another version of Ben
Probably a mistake since maybe they know how the ultimatrix is drawn but just forgot the orientation of it.

Bruh! That thing Albedo wears in omnivores in not an omnitrix. It just helps him to evolve his alien forms and stabilise his forms. It’s just modelled to look like an omnitrix. Thanks to Ben’s interference. Albedo gains the ability to shift into all of Ben’s Active alien forms at that time in Ultimate alien.
My favorite desings wise is the AF recalibrate one.
Also the Nemetrix and Eunice aren't omnitrixes
nemetrix is a version fake but have few glitch use dna beast have good have bad but fake version have a chip from omnitrix time duration on 10 minute but omnitrix got that chip time duration have broken not safe for user like ben

I would love to know how the Evil Bens managed to get the true omnitrix from Azmutz, they should only have the prototype or the Alien force update.
Here’s some theories of how they got the omnitrix
Albedo:obviously made a replica of it
Evil Ben:if everyone in this universe is evil like that one jimmy neutron episode ben could have got it from evil azmuth who probably sells the omnitrix he may found it the same way ben prime found it or he could have stolen it from azmuth
Emo ben:I’m not sure but everyone could also be emo so emo azmuth just think the omnitrix is worthless and gave it away to emo ben or if only ben is emo he could have found it like how ben prime founds it and use it for his selfish gains
Mad max ben:since everyone is living in a mad max style world it’s tricky but I think it’s either like how ben prime or he got it from mad max azmuth
Zombie ben:the hardest for me because I don’t see a way of azmuth creating the watch as an undead zombie but if he did which I have no idea could be by the help of time traveling ben prime vilgax and eon but zombie azmuth could have accidentally thrown it away since he probably is a mindless corpse and the zomben found the watch
Bad Ben: According to the Bad Ben rap, it's possible Bad Ben got it from Albedo by literally ripping his hand off as Four Arms. He used the Prototype as parts to fully completed it. Albedo was spared and is forever trapped in a clone body of the Earth's Conqueror.
Nega Ben: Azmuth send the Negatrix to Earth just before a rogue Celestialsapien erased all Galvan species from existence, thanks to Malturant. Nega Ben, according to the rap, stop using the Negatrix for heroic deeds ever since Malware destroyed Feedback.
Benzarro: Probably the Omnitrix of Doc 10 before he died. Azmuth plans to give it to the clone but decided not to as he got infected by a mysterious virus. When Benzarro escaped from his containment facility, he claimed the Zombitrix, hence it's worn on his straightjacket.
Mad Ben: Probably got it from Malturant when Mad Azmuth refuses to help him and the tyrant killed him then mentors the boy. Since the rumors of the Omnitrix was never leak out, no one knew it's real name. Hence how even Mad Rook called it the Power Watch.

Short answer: they didn't earn it, they stole it or given by a villain. Nega Ben is an exception. He got it at age 10 but Azmuth and his kind are extinct after it left to Earth.

@@akiraevangelionultimateali5199 Technically it's a glove form. If applied to the Complete Omnitrix, it'll recalibrated into a different form. However, according to Wyatt, because Azmuth programmed the Omnitrix to not accept any Ultimate Aliens DNA, it'll completely reject the crystal.
Giving a crystal that powers a disintegration ray and upgrading a Stabilizer into an Ultimatrix type device as a necklace to any of Ben's girlfriend is a complete waste. Plus, the last time Ben gave an alien crystal to his girlfriend, a Mechamorph dog went feral and Ben had to throw it away to calm it down.
