Yeah guy above me is right. He’s most likely weaker due to Ben actually transforming into him, shown by the fact that he’s affected by the Carnitrix’s gimmick. Whereas with Ben Prime, he just teleports to the pocket dimension with Bellicus and Serena whilst Alien X takes his place until he changes back. Carnitrix Alien X is affected by the Carnitrix, making him weaker by default. He’s not a regular Celestialsapien. But about his physical appearance, he can probably just choose how he looks like other Celestialsapiens. This form looks more monstrous so it fits with his monstrous nature.
