Hats of to the creator

Yes, and as if this stop motion animation had come out in 2003 or 2004 using the minifigures of the time and imagined, and something cool and nostalgic
This feels like the spiritual successor to Battle of the Brick: Built for Combat. 10 years from now, this comments section is gonna be full of people talking about how they first saw this as kids, and came back for the nostalgia. You’ve got something really special here!
I thought the same thing! The explosions, the style of mumble talking, the camera work. Great video all around. I also love the use of figures from the late 90s and early 2000s.
You have no idea how many memories you gave me about that. Especially with some of the lines still being understandable through the muffle. "Hey, look! It's Master Chief!"
Yes men, personaly my first was Lego Clone Wars 501st IV - Confederacy Strike of Pizzamovie when I was like 9 years old.I think at this period we all wanted Lego Star Wars Battle Packs and vehicules to create epic battles like in those animation that we watched.
This is one of those rare stopmotion’s that leaves you speechless at the end, that shot at 13:36 was genius in that is shows war even in the star wars universe if just like every war fought in existance. In terms of animation I loved the practical effects with lasers and blood, the OG figs were very nostalgic and all in all just a masterpiece you should consider yourself one of my favourite animators lol this was brutally brilliant!
Using the original 2002 clones and sand red droids I see. Even the ultra rare blue super battle droids! You are strong and wise, and I am VERY proud of you.
This animation is not just an animation, it is a social commentary. One that is told through little words and done very well. The last scene where the clone trooper puts on his helmet hits me because it reminds me of the line "Good soldier's follow orders".
they’re not bad guys or good guys just following orders in war countless families and innocents are caught in the crossfire we wouldn’t call US soldiers “bad guys” because they invaded the middle east and other countries in the past they’re just doing what they gotta do war isn’t always so black and white
@Oversaturated they do what they have to do in war there is no good guy or bad guy they just do what they think is right because good soldiers follow orders
This is how every episode of the Clone Wars should have been! Large-scale, gritty and thematic battles that begin to expose grey areas of the war. Extremely well done!
I love how in the previous Star Wars video, it show the clones fighting from the left and the separatists fighting from the right. Usually in movies bad guys are depicted as coming from the right while the good guys come from the left. But I’m this video, it completely throws the sides in reverse. This video perfectly depicts a different perspective of the clones, while also humanizing the separatists. Seeing as we already saw only the republic perspective I love how you switched the roles and went further deep with the separatists, which makes this extra special. I love what this series is becoming and hope to see more! This is awesome dude!
This..is amazing. it feels like a battle a year or so into the Clone Wars, the Republic laying siege to a loyalist Separatist world. Above all I love how it humanises not only the Clones but also the citizens of this world, 10/10 from me
I can’t express how much I love the classic feel of the vid, not just the figures and sets but the intro but and especially the old-school film count down. But man, I never would’ve thought this film would make me ponder the horrors of war better than some billion dollar films, absolutely incredible work!
I love how classic this is, like the use of the classic Phase 1 Clone Troopers and the other classic Star Wars figures and sets is just amazing!! I love it!!!
Everything about this is perfect, it tells a great story, the animation and action is great, and I love all the classic lego. I can tell you spent a lot of time on this, and it was well worth it.
So simple and classic. Yet. So amazing! No dialogue but the action speaks for itself. It’s a mystery as to why you dont have lots of subs because this is incredible.
I love how this shows the life of the og style minifigures before the clones attack. Also the classic p1 clones donning 442nd torsos are a nice change of pace, I’m used to seeing plain clones only.
I am just amazed on how much old clonetrooper figures are out there, same with the droids, I have never seen a star wars short with that much clones, nor that old of clones
This is top tier Lego stop-motion, no question. Not only did you perfectly capture the classic late-2000s stop-motion feel we all know and love, but your storytelling is very impactful and moving, and the kind of story shown here is something we rarely get to see in mainstream Star Wars. I really liked the way you had the parallel and opposite protagonists in the Red Clone Officer and Yellowbrick City Husband/Father - such great implementation of this story element. On top of all of that goodness, you packed your animation with references to so many awesome franchises and other Star Wars stories, enriching your own in the process. Just going off the top of my head - I absolutely loved your use of 'Mars' from The Planets when the Clones disembarked from the AT-TE's - perfect fit, it was so cool hearing the Halo 5 depleted shield sound effect for the bomb timer, the inclusion of the original Doom Guy grunts were a nice throwback, and of course, sound effects from the Battlefront games, CW 2003, Republic Commando, etc. all worked perfectly (and I know I missed some too lol). Can't wait to see more! You deserve far more recognition...you're up there with some of the best in my book.
You are far too kind! I'm glad you enjoyed the film and the little easter eggs sprinkled throughout. I was surprised how well Mars fit that scene in particular and was very happy with how that came out. There are a lot of video game references in there and I'm glad you were able to recognize a lot haha. I couldn't do this without your support so thank you for that! I've started working on my next film already which will be my biggest project ever, but I think you will really enjoy it. There's a hint for what it will be on my community tab of my channel. Thanks again!
This was great! The first episode you did seemed to have a similar vibe to those old 2010 stop-motion battles, which I absolutely loved. But then you went in and showed things from the perspective of the "bad" guys. It's got next to no dialogue but you still got across the conflict, feelings, and motivations of the characters. Felt surprising deep for a lego stop-motion, absolutely amazing! Looking forward to seeing what happens next. Keep up the great work!
Loved everything about this film! The action scenes were great and so were the camera movements and animation! It was great how you were able to capture all dark aspects of war without any dialogue at all
This showed up on my suggested page and when I saw this was a sequel I went to watch the first then came back to this one. I must say...WOW! These two parts really spoke to me. The amount of layers of storytelling these two films have is astonishing and so well done! I love how you captured the nostalgic look of it all right down to the use of muffled voices. Truly one of the more unique Star Wars brickfilms I've seen. I cannot wait for part three!

This was an amazing stop motion! I really like how you used a more "grim" take on battles fought in the Clone Wars. Definitely captured those moments of the horrors of war and yet showing that it's not black and white, good or bad, it's just war and it's tragic.
This was so incredible! I loved the practical effects and old style vehicles and blasters, really brought me back to my childhood! I love the twist on the view of the conflict and the chaotic way the horror of war was depicted. I loved this so much and I hope it doesn’t end here and becomes a series of sorts over the war on this planet! I want to see more even if it’s like a resistance to occupation story! I hope you make more and never lose your passion!
I like how it used the 2002-2003 minifigures and sets and especially the pistols as the Arc Trooper revolver that I would probably use if it was officially released by lego in 2003
That was so amazing, I was ready for some cheap action but soon realised this was an actul story! Holy crap that was good. Love the classic lego aesthetic as well. Well done and good job.
@@MackuProductions Yeah I bet. It reminded me a lot of the scene from the Force Unleashed where Vader just murders those storm troopers, if you know what I’m referring to. After I shoot it all, I use Final Cut Pro to make edits and add sound but you can use probably any editing software and get the same results

This takes me back to the times of attack of the clones and the 2003 cw show. When the much grittier clone wars multimedia project was spearheaded by Dark Horse comics. For a Lego film, you tell surprisingly mature stories with little to no dialogue, remaining faithful to the original Lego Star Wars aesthetics and sound design and the original legends clone wars tones. Astounding. There are major Hollywood films that can't achieve this these days.
@@MackuProductions I love them both, they're such vastly different portrayals, both good in their own right, but the old one, there's something to be said about how gritty it was that made it feel more grounded and serious.
This is phenomenal, you got you scenes of balls to the wall action and then scenes that just make you sad to your core, definitely subscribing can't wait for the next one
I absolutely love you used the old phase 1 clones and just ild figures in general. It makes it feel like the old stopmotions i used to watch as a kid. Plus nostalgia aside I will always prefer the old phase 1 and 2 helmets than the new ones.
Beautiful work, mate. I feel like a wee little kid again, sitting at my dad's computer and binging Battle of the Brick, Lego v MegaBlocks, and CoD/Lego battles for hours. The old figures really helped take me back to when I was a kid. Cheers!
It's been a long time since I watched a brickfilm. At least seven years. I randomly got this masterpiece recommended by the unknowable algorithm. It was a pleasant surprise. I loved it from start to finish: the storytelling, the expectation subversion, the animation... Good job!
Loved the film dude! The first one was great too. It’s such a different perspective on the war that we don’t get often! Great job! And I love the old clones!
I came just to watch well-made stopmotion, but i never expected, what i found... Thank you for showing how terrible the war is, no matter which side do you pick.❤️🔥
This is my 4th time watching this video so I thought I should say, this is the best Lego Star Wars stop motion I’ve seen. Great job man and thanks for the entertainment.
I feel like I've watched this 100,000 times! & I'll watch it 100,000 times more until part 3 comes out! Fantastic stop motion, 1st class visual story telling, excellent choice in music & to top it all off, an amazing large scale lego battle we've all played out on the floor! An underrated masterpiece, well done!
This animation is reminiscent of original StarWars animations. The use of older figures and the way you designed your sets really helped convey the emotion of this project. I can’t wait to see more of your animations :)
Ladies and Gentlemen: How to Tell a Story 101. Not a *single* line of dialogue in this film, and we have received one of the most emotional and character driven stories ever told by the LEGO Animation community. Proof that what the Republic does is not always right and some people choose to ally themselves with the Separatists. Proof that civilian casualties do happen and families and children do get caught in the cross fire. This film shows what war is like and who has to live to tell the tale and who has to watch it unfold. The red armed commander saw the dead civilians he tried to help but ultimately killed. The clones only did what they were ordered and trained to do, but couldn’t see past what they had done to the city. What a film, what a story, and what an animation. You have truly made something special and something great. I hope this story continues to unfold.
i love the idea of humans fighting alongside the battle droids. hell i loved all of this. from the plots and side plots, to the classic mini figs and effects. this was one phenominal stop motion animation. i know its already been said by now but still
apart from stunning and ‘classic’ animation I loved the music! ‘The Planets’ are a brilliant piece for Star Wars, not to mention that they were supposed to be the New Hope’s soundtrack!!
Wow this is a really good film; its not only the stop motion that's superb, its the story and plot of this one as well as the previous one I just watched.
Absolutely amazing work. The sound design especially! Most of the stop motion Lego has good stop motion, but can't back it up with good sound. You did that here. Again just amazing video.
The quality and humor and battle style is so like how the stopmotion community was in my youth. Now days, there are a lot of good quality animations, but they zoom in very close to the battle sequences, whereas this kind of film shows the talent of the animator keeping track of multiple animated characters at once. (and helps with the scope and scale of the battle) and shows off the collection of the owner :) It's amazing!
WOW! This was amazing! All of it! I was on the literal edge of my seat because I couldn't wait to see what would happen next! Especially when the Clones were running at 6:05 looked amazing! The story, effects, audio, movement and lighting were top notch!
I realy loved this stop motion. Everyone is saying that you are trying to be like the stop motions from the late 2000s but i think that this is your own thing. think about it. Back then no one used real legos for lasers or puffballs for explosions or muffled voices and no one had this many 2002 clones troopers. I think this is really its own style of lego star wars stopmotion.
Excellent Animations and outstanding storytelling. I am speechless. The thung I liked the most about the 2 films is that you only rely on old clonetroopers and lego sets in general. But with that you're still able to create different battalions, captains etc. And the use of the old weapons like the megafon blasters or the revolver pistols. One of the best Lego Star Wars animations I've seen. Splendid!
This actually feels like a short film. It's really well shot and I like the perspectives shown between the clones and an average resident of yellow brick city. The story is amazing! The message I got from this video is that death is part of war. Losing family members, friends in war. People die from war and it's sad, but people just have to accept that reality. This is seriously awesome! Hope this guy makes more Brickfilms.
So I’ve been going through watching all the Lego SW stop motions on UA-cam, and this one is my absolute favorite. I mean your animation techniques are just brilliant, let alone your story pacing and cinema language. Your use of the rare OG figures added a lot to this as well, I had to double check when it was made. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bless us with more work in this style. You made me sign into UA-cam just to like subscribe and comment
I HATE how this video doesn’t have more view’s! You were able to show that the republic weren’t always shown as the good guys. There were times where they were the villains like in umbara for example. Not every side is black and white which is something I wish more people would do. Sorry for the tangent I just love this vid keep up the good work! 😁
This animation makes the CIS less evil, I mean the fact that one of their soldiers died because a clone troopers attached them to a bomb while they where still alive is fucked up but this goes to show that the Republic where slowly becoming corrupt that lead to the transition into the Empire. With that boring comment asides, good animation
Wow, Im so jealous of how many old Lego star wars sets and minifgures you own, they got be worth a fortune in total, but in all in seriousness, excellent video
I am thoroughly loving this. I'm looking forward to future installments I mean you are telling a genuine and interesting story and I am hooked. A nice zesty mix of classic Lego Star Wars and Band of Brothers/The Pacific

This is really well done and it feels like actually war like there isn’t a good or bad side. There loss for both sides and they all have feelings.
I loved every second of this. The stakes, the plot, the sound design, and especially the sheer brutality is just excellent.
This is phenomenal, you got you scenes of balls to the wall action and then scenes that just make you sad to your core, definitely subscribing can't wait for the next one
Thanks for the support!
I absolutely love you used the old phase 1 clones and just ild figures in general. It makes it feel like the old stopmotions i used to watch as a kid.
Plus nostalgia aside I will always prefer the old phase 1 and 2 helmets than the new ones.
Thanks for watching, I agree with you 100% on the old figs!
I love the fact that we know what the characters are thinking and how they are feeling without any dialogues. Great work👍👍
Genuinely one of the greatest stop motions I have had the pleasure of viewing, Godspeed with any future endeavors!
This really shows sometimes the good guys aren’t always good in all eyes
Beautiful work, mate. I feel like a wee little kid again, sitting at my dad's computer and binging Battle of the Brick, Lego v MegaBlocks, and CoD/Lego battles for hours. The old figures really helped take me back to when I was a kid.
Cheers!
The cannon-MTT was such a creative idea!
This is honestly one of the best stop motion films that I have seen.
this is a masterpeice. absolutely love this without a doubt my favorite brick film this year.
Thank you!
I love the music so much, its so sad and makes me feel many emotions
This is the most intricate unique Lego star wars clone trooper stop motions I've ever seen, and it's said to be the successor of battle of the brick
It's been a long time since I watched a brickfilm. At least seven years. I randomly got this masterpiece recommended by the unknowable algorithm. It was a pleasant surprise. I loved it from start to finish: the storytelling, the expectation subversion, the animation... Good job!
Thank you for watching and commenting! I have also recently returned to the brickfilm community
@@MackuProductions thank you for your effort in this brickfilm!
6:28
That random nameless battle droid is like Rambo.
and at 6:36 that one tank kills 20 Clone troopers + however many were in the AT-TE
Yeah that tank was a team player
Loved the film dude! The first one was great too. It’s such a different perspective on the war that we don’t get often! Great job! And I love the old clones!
Thanks for watching and commenting!
@@MackuProductions do you have more than just 3 parts planned out?
@@frontloaderman I have at least 5 for sure for this planet but a bunch of other films in planning
@@MackuProductions nice! Looking forward to them!
Wow, this was far more devastating. Thank you!
No no, thank you!
This will be the best video ever
This animation is reminiscent of original StarWars animations. The use of older figures and the way you designed your sets really helped convey the emotion of this project. I can’t wait to see more of your animations :)
Thank you!
I hope this story continues to unfold.
i love the idea of humans fighting alongside the battle droids. hell i loved all of this. from the plots and side plots, to the classic mini figs and effects. this was one phenominal stop motion animation. i know its already been said by now but still
The clones in this are ruthless my god
It's right ,but they are the soldiers
apart from stunning and ‘classic’ animation I loved the music! ‘The Planets’ are a brilliant piece for Star Wars, not to mention that they were supposed to be the New Hope’s soundtrack!!
Amazing story. Love the use of older lego and the more simplistic style. It works so well.
A remake would be so cool.
I mean with the newer versions of the minifigures but i love the Concept so much❤
Wow this is a really good film; its not only the stop motion that's superb, its the story and plot of this one as well as the previous one I just watched.
Absolutely amazing work. The sound design especially! Most of the stop motion Lego has good stop motion, but can't back it up with good sound. You did that here. Again just amazing video.
This makes me feel so nostalgic
The quality and humor and battle style is so like how the stopmotion community was in my youth. Now days, there are a lot of good quality animations, but they zoom in very close to the battle sequences, whereas this kind of film shows the talent of the animator keeping track of multiple animated characters at once. (and helps with the scope and scale of the battle) and shows off the collection of the owner :) It's amazing!
Dude, this is really cool!, I really like the 5:33 part, keep up the good work man.
Thanks for watching and commenting!
I love the use of almost entirely classic LEGO. So nostalgic
The fighting's séance are the best and intense better then any other animation that just shows how much effort you put into this ,im subscribing
Thank you for the support and kind words!
@@MackuProductions thank you for making something for everyone to enjoy :)
Dang this is one of the best videos I have seen and I love the vintage mini figs and sets can’t wait for more!!!
WOW! This was amazing! All of it! I was on the literal edge of my seat because I couldn't wait to see what would happen next! Especially when the Clones were running at 6:05 looked amazing! The story, effects, audio, movement and lighting were top notch!
Thank you for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
@@MackuProductions Indeed!
Well done sir, this film really brings me back to old days of LEGO Star Wars. Great job on the animation, it makes me nostalgic!
Thank you!
Splendid!
Thank you for watching and the thoughtful comment!
“In war there is never a good or a bad side there are only two armies fighting and both suffer losses”
yo, why was this so good!
seriously great work my guy! this was more engaging than the whole sky walker trilogy!
Thank you!
Easily the best lego Star Wars stop motion I have ever seen.
Thank you!
“You broke formation. Disobeyed orders, and you left a man behind. You just broke rule number one” Commander Colt: ARC troopers
Hands down the best stop motion I have ever seen.
Love all the classic minifigs, sets, and animation techniques, Makes me feel young again! Outstanding job!
Thank you!
Love the old clones and old blasters!
This animation makes the CIS less evil, I mean the fact that one of their soldiers died because a clone troopers attached them to a bomb while they where still alive is fucked up but this goes to show that the Republic where slowly becoming corrupt that lead to the transition into the Empire. With that boring comment asides, good animation
lmao the whole point of the clone wars is that there were no good guys
@@tangent.arc38618 yeah since Palpatine influenced both sides
This is amazing. Although your using many old sets it makes it feel different and actually entertaining, keep up the great work
Thank you for watching and commenting!
Wow, Im so jealous of how many old
Lego star wars sets and minifgures you own, they got be worth a fortune in total, but in all in seriousness, excellent video
Thank you!
It really shows there is no good or evil in war it depends on who’s side you support
I am thoroughly loving this. I'm looking forward to future installments I mean you are telling a genuine and interesting story and I am hooked. A nice zesty mix of classic Lego Star Wars and Band of Brothers/The Pacific
Thank you for watching and commenting! I love both of those shows you mentioned a lot!
