Ingredients:
Raw Jack fruit - 500Grms(after cleaning)
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp + 1/4 Tsp
Kashmiri chili powder - 2.5 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1.5 Tbsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 Tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 Tsp
Lime juice - 1 nos.
Egg white yolk - 2 nos
Curry leaves
Cornflour - 4 Tbsp
Rice flour - 2 Tbsp
Oil for deep frying
