California Could Be Hit by an Even Bigger Earthquake, USGS Officials Warn

- Communities in the Mojave Desert tallied damage and made emergency repairs to cracked roads and broken pipes Friday as aftershocks from Southern California’s largest earthquake in 20 years kept rumbling.
The small town of Ridgecrest, close to the epicenter, assessed damage after several fires and multiple injuries that were blamed on the magnitude 6.4 quake. A shelter drew 28 people overnight, but not all of them slept inside amid the shaking.
“Some people slept outside in tents because they were so nervous,” said Marium Mohiuddin of the American Red Cross.
Damage appeared limited to desert areas, although the quake was felt widely, including in the Los Angeles region 150 miles (240 kilometers) away. The largest aftershock thus far - magnitude 5.4 - was also felt in LA before dawn Friday.
Ridgecrest Regional Hospital remained closed as state inspectors assessed it, spokeswoman Jayde Glenn said. The hospital’s own review found no structural damage, but there were cracks in walls, broken water pipes and water damage.
The hospital was prepared to help women in labor and to give triage care to emergency patients, Fifteen patients were evacuated to other hospitals after the quake, Glenn said.
The quake did not appear to have caused major damage to roads and bridges in the area, but it did open three cracks across a short stretch of State Route 178 near the tiny town of Trona, said California Department of Transportation District Nine spokeswoman Christine Knadler.
Those cracks were temporarily sealed, but engineers were investigating whether the two-lane highway was damaged beneath the cracks, Knadler said. Bridges in the area were also being checked.
The Ridgecrest library was closed as volunteers and staff picked up hundreds of books that fell off shelves. The building’s cinderblock walls also had some cracks, said Charissa Wagner, library branch supervisor.
Wagner was at her home in the small city of 29,000 people when a small foreshock hit, followed by the large one, putting her and her 11-year-old daughter on edge.
“The little one was like, ‘Oh what just happened.’ The big one came later and that was scarier,” she said.
The nearby Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake said in a statement late Thursday that no injuries were reported and so far all buildings had been found to be intact, but assessments continued across its vast acreage. Its workforce was ordered to not report on Friday.

I have a bad feeling about this. Even scientist can't predict when and how big, but only points out that its likely that a bigger one will go off within the near future. I don't like they are so calm and cautious, indicates they don't know!
WATCH DUTCHSINSE, he is well informed from many years of studying earthquake patterns. Pattern recognition and theory allow him to predict fairly accurately (I would say averaging down to 100-250mile radius which is a pretty small dot on the earth) where and accurate sizes within a magnitude or so. That's really impressive. Once you go back a few weeks on his videos, then fastforward to now, and keep up with it for a couple weeks, you'll 100% be convinced, dude knows his shit, and the USGS and others constantly harrass him, call him names, and smear him, like the children puppets they are, f*n paid shills

The area where the earthquake swarms are happening at present measures 65x60 miles ....pretty huge area...within the next 4 days we can expect another bigger quake unless the movement is seen in Oklahoma and or Texas.

I stood up and prayed against the earthquake and thanked God for watching over all of us. My children and grandkids had gone to get food on both occasions. We have never seen so many so called after shocks and what is baffling about this is some of these are negative in depth which tells me HAARP is causing this. My husband drives a truck for a living and he is all over the place, he says in Olancha & Bishop, the water table has risen ABOVE GROUND, there are places where the ground is just covered in water, there are military convoys saying they are removing all the equipment and taking it to places like S Carolina but they do not know why & my husband says there is a lot of dirt being moved around, a lot of trenches being dug and a lot of roads being blocked off, they are preparing for something BIG, IDK what but I thought I would share what I am hearing and seeing.

It simply beat the odds. The 7.1 was the one time in 20 that a larger earthquake actually took place. If odds are correct, the next 20X a quake happens it won't be followed by a larger one soon after.
