It depends on the type of clients are you providing services to. Please keep in mind that most of our clients are seniors so larger SUV’s may not be ideal.

How did you guys acquire that first vehicle ? Did you get a loan ? Build your credit first, if so, what steps did you follow to contain the vehicle ? That’s where I am, at the moment
@@rachimitchell9177 We financed our first vehicle, and since our business was so new, we had to act as guarantors. Luckily, Monica and I have excellent credit, so the process was smooth for us.
@@micahlorraine7155 Make sure the vehicle is ADA compliant for business use. We have seen these vehicles being used but I’m unsure if they meet vehicle regulations.

Don't say start NEMT because I started in Texas last year I have tried to get contact the brokers every two weeks with no luck and I tried everything you can think of. I have been paying insurance for a year with no income, I used all my savings also in debt.

Did you market and build relationships first? That’s key IMO. I hope it picks up.
Brokers is a bad word in the transportation business.
