    Hello everyone. I have been making useful videos for you on this channel for several years. Since the channel does not have any external funding, it continues its activities thanks to its own resources. Previously, we provided viewers with a free EPS format download link for the vectors we made in the videos on a website. But that site was shut down and we were left in a very difficult situation. And now we upload all the newly made vectors to our Patreon account. You can support us by going to our patreon account from the link below and choosing a monthly package and you will be able to download all the vectors that will be uploaded regularly. At the same time, you can benefit from videos made privately for our Patreon supporters. If you don't want to support us on a monthly basis and you can't afford it, you can still buy a vector of your choice from the store section of our patreon account by making a one-time payment.
    Thanks

    Here is a step by step process for those who are struggling:
    1. For those creating on an artboard, create a rectangle and fill with any color. Make the rectangle cover the entire artboard and lock it.
    2. Create a circle. Copy the circle and right click -> Paste -> Paste In Front. Adjust the new circle to be inside the outer circle. Fill orange for inner circle and white for outer circle.
    3. Create a rectangle at the center of inner circle. The rectangle length should be as long as the radius of the circle. Select the rectangle, then click the rotate icon on left sidebar. There will be a blue dot in the middle of the rectangle. Drag the dot to the bottom of the rectangle and click Alt + Left.
    4. Give 36 degree -> Copy. Press Ctrl + D to duplicate the copy of the rectangle until it is evenly distributed in inner circle.
    4. Once this is done, select all and group it. Resize the grouped object as shown in video.
    5. Now, create a new circle. Create a new rectangle above the circle that covers the half part of the circle. Select both objects and in Pathfinder -> Minus Front.
    5. Fill orange to this half circle and move it to the grouped object. Arrange it back to the grouped object. Group all the objects, rotate it so that the orange seems to be slightly slanting.
    6. Ungroup the orange and make a duplicate of the half circle. Make one half a shade darker to the orange color. Adjust the circles as shown in video and then select both circles. In Pathfinder -> Divide.
    7. This divides the circles in three removable parts. Delete only the upper part of the grouped circle that seems to be sticking out of the orange. Now, select the both the remaining parts of circle and Pathfinder -> Merge.
    8. Adjust the merged half circle as required with the orange. And you have your orange!

    0:45 - 0:46 how does she clone the half orange? first we see the outline fo the orange and then the orange appears.. Had she copied the half orange before and just hit paste? If so, why did the outline appear first?

      Thanks for your comment! I didn't demonstrate the copying process in detail in the video due to time constraints, but I used the ALT key shortcut to quickly duplicate objects. Holding down ALT and dragging any object will copy it.

    I couldn't do the ctrl + D , because its not working as yours. So can you explain it?

    • @Vectorialtutorial
      @Vectorialtutorial  7 місяців тому +1

      The reason you couldn't perform Ctrl + D is likely because the program or application you're using doesn't support this function. However, you can duplicate an object using a different method. After selecting an object, you can hold down the Alt key and drag the object to the desired location. Then, if you press Ctrl + D immediately afterward, it will create a copy of the original object in the same direction and at the same distance. ❤️🌟
