a couple of really easy things i always loved to make during college and even after was veggie stir fry (i’d get the trader joe’s veggies and throw in whatever extra ones i had) with some easy rice noodles and teriyaki sauce (it’s even good with chicken too) and i’d make the dunkin wake-up wraps (the ham and the plain egg and cheese kind) alllllll the time they were super easy and simple to make and always good!

One of my favorite ways to eat more veggies in a fun way is making fried rice. You can put any vegetable, meat, eggs, tofu etc in it, it's so versatile and absolutely delicious. For a good start I recommend My Name Is Andong's video here on UA-cam. Also a good salad is so much more than just veggies in a bowl together, there are dozens of dressings, spices, herbs you can incorporate. You can also make a fruit salad, such a delicious and nutritious snack! Hope this gives you some ideas and good luck in the kitchen Zhirelle!
What I try to do is think of different cuisines I like and what I like eating. Or think of your favorite restaurants and copycat their meals. You can try chipotle bowls at home, or switch up wherever protein with baked potato or rice instead of pasta, also tacos, etc. hope this helps. ❤

Zhirelle you should make rice bowls with shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and sliced cucumbers and top it with soy sauce! its sounds weird but its so freaking good and easy and super healthy!
