"Without playing the game" is the strangest most inaccurate way you could've described the way you were playing the game. Cause you were absolutely without a doubt playing the game.
the premise is a bit stretched but i like it, would have named it something kinda like it 'kingdom hearts companions only' or idk... cool video tho + subscribed
10:03 My guess is that health was being taken away. It was just so little damage that it takes many hits for the health bar to actually start depleting.
I sometimes play my own kingdom hearts 2 challenge that I don't think anyone on UA-cam has done and I'd like to see. It's a pacifist challenge that involves avoiding attacking enemies on the field as you progress. Additional notes: 1: this does not count any bosses or mandatory battles (since those are times where you're forced to fight) 2: the challenge doesn't start until roxas's 3rd day and doesn't resume until the roxas's final day 3: optional bosses like sephiroth lingering will and the absent silhouettes don't make the cut since they're not required to progress. 4: a few tips I can give is start the game on easier difficulties so as to not have a hard time avoiding fights set all party members to sora mode so they don't immediately attack enemies that spawn and these guidelines don't have to apply to Gummi routes but you can try to clear them without shooting anything.
Why didnt you show any of the clips of the team actually popping the purple orbs in Halloween town? This has a good flow to it and the idea is great and supposedly pretty thoroughly executed, but I was unimpressed by the gameplay footage itself. Still +1
it is so crazy to me seeing people pick shield because i always give up the shield and end up getting destroyed in 2 or 3 hits also its a good thing you're only 1% of the way to that goal, that's right, i'm a Nobody
I tried to do something similar in KH3 (pretty much beating the game without attacking enemies directly), where i fought darkside by exclusively hitting back its projectiles, and in olympus, i'd only block heartless and support goofy and donald, but the collapsing building fight crushed my plans I called it Friendship%
14:11; "who's actually uses magic during this section of the game?" I do, the wooden sword barely does any damage on a normie run. Where as Firaga, blizzardaga, stopaga, thunderaga, and summoning are the most powerful things you can do at this stage of the game, especially against those heartless with the giant shields.
I find it funny I get that at face value it's a hack and slash combat system... But the options at the start of the game kinda demonstrated that's just an option to how the game is played. So ultimately you are playing Kingdom Hearts as the Guardian playstyle. Sword is Warrior. Then you have Mage which as about item and mechanic management.

Same lol more reason to be active in chat
So have you played this game enough that just a regular play through would never happen? 😂
I tried this, but too bad I suck at kh1 so I failed really quickly.
