I am in south America now but i have never heard about Chicha , so I asked my wife. As soon as we can go out again she will buy some for me, she said. . For now I'm stuck here, so there's a lot to learn from your videos . I like them very much. I saw someone asking you for a video about malt whiskey and i second that request. I would like to make my own Glenfiddich lol
Thank you for all your recipes! I watch them at night when i can't sleep... I already made ginger beer several times and love it! Just a tip: in spanish Chicha would sound like 'cicia' in italian
Just made my forth batch of cherry tomatoes in syrup. I haven't been able to stop the tomatoes from bursting, but they are so delicious. I reduced the amount of water in the recipe, and it worked well with less liquid left over. I am going to just try tomato jam as I can't seem to get the tomatoes fully dry. I will let you know how it all comes out. The ginger did not come out well in my experiment, as they got attacked by ants while drying in the sun. With the last batch of tomatoes, I dried them in a slow oven for about three hours, and they are very nice. Your sound quality is not good, there is an echo, and your volume is too low still. You need to move the mike closer or get a mike that is attached to your head. I have some sweet corn seed that I will try to malt. Thanks again.

@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato thanks for the previous answer So im having trouble in finding hops and brewing yeast for beer in my country, is there an alternative Like making our own yeast with grapes for wine?

I don't think I roasted them probably tho. On another test run I did soaked some corn with warm water can changed it twice a day. This lasted about 3 days until I saw some sprouting.
