What a clickbait. If you replace the word "German" with "European", not much changes about any country listed here. Except that in several of these countries, some other European nationals can be much less welcomed than Germans.
I don't think it is really strange,because I have been to most of these countries because of my job and there have been times,when Germans were very welcome in most of these countries and I don't believe the "terrible Germans" are resonsible for this situation.

How are germans going to survive without those countries. Where are they going to go? Poor germans, completely isolated...
