Yeah, they are 99% chasers. That ranges from experienced chasers that chase a lot of setups, chasers that just do local chases and chasers who happen to live nearby and hear there is a tornado happening and drive to go see it. Lots of different levels of experience when a high tornado probability day happens in May. That vehicle is just another chaser, a lot of chasers like the accessories their vehicles and put lights on them. A lot of time spent pulled off on the shoulder or ditch, just another way to be seen and a little safer.
