6:30 I have been testing it and I am pretty sure you dont actually need to have citizens work wonder tiles for the yield. My understanding is that any card that says "PRODUCES x", produces that yield without the tile being worked, while any card that says "ADDS YIELD x" needs the actual tile to be worked. I believe the game's UI also tries to tell you this. Look at how the three culture icons on the pyramids tile are offset down away from the other yield icons. I believe that is supposed to signify that its a "produce" effect and not a "yield" effect. But it's not presented very neatly and then it becomes really confusing for players when it turns back into normal rows of icons when you put a citizen on it.
Berserker is sooooo fun... it stacks too! I built a longbowman up to 15 str with 4x attacks recently, gave him charge and just machine-gunned my way down the coast with a knight to mop up and a swordsman to claim and it was amazing XD
Are you sure the Pyramids are collecting resources outside your borders? Looking at the map where you talked about it, the 3 northern resources that are outside are not ticked like those inside are.
@@godspeedthunderThanks. Since I have your attention, is there a way to determine how far a unit can move before you commit the right click? I can't tell.
@@godspeedthunder Unless you play on tiny map, those early game wonders will be gone before you unlock them. Even on "harder" they don't last long. I've found that the best strategy usually is hoarding strategic resources, rushing science, and conquering.
ive just tested it, on the latest patch with egypt i have got 5 wonders by the end of turn 4. yes i got lucky with what resources were in the market and getting marble with the pyramids but i could have gotten even luckier if i got stone with the pyramids or double marble.
Good tips! There aren't a lot of tips and tricks guides for Hexarchy yet, thanks for blazing the trail.

@@godspeedthunder yes am actually watching one right now
How does population work with barracks? Do units produced out of the barracks still cost population somewhere or is the population cost free?
it is taken from the closest city

yeah you definitely get them. once you press end turn they get added to your stock.

Good luck getting early wonders at the hardest difficulty level.
difficulty level is irrelevant, the AI play by the same rules as the player, so if they can get them then you can too

obviously you cant get them all because different nations rush different wonders but you can easily get the ones that you aim for.

Industrialism is also an economic Civic, so there are 3.
Not a huge change but worth pointing out as Industrialism is by far the best.
