Great question, Jean-Paul! If your organization has a crisis management program / plan, I definitely recommend you review it thoroughly to have the processes and protocols top of mind during the simulation. A part from that, a simulation is supposed to "catch you by surprise" so just get a good night's sleep and have fun!
