What I really appreciate about this, is Rob letting Mike TALK. So many of these hosts, interupt, interupt....trying to make everything funny or funny=er, or just can't sit back and listen I guess. But personally, I love that Rob is just enjoying Mike, and letting him tell his own story. Thanks Rob! Enjoyed your book very much too BTW.

I'm a huge fan of Mike Meyers but I'm very sorry to say that "The Love Guru" was one of the only movies I've ever walked out on. It was just unbelievably bad and I wasn't willing to wait it out to find out if it ever looped around from being so bad that it became good.

(*same formula, same gags, same arc, same plot scheme, same character development, same production...
...only difference one's a massively successful film franchise trilogy, & the other a box office bomb colossal failure
Mike Myers is one fine story teller. So vividly described as if he was talking about toys. Loved it.

I love how actors all seem to unanimously love working with Quentin Tarantino - the genuine boyish excitement for story telling and these deeply engrained stories we all love … I don’t have words for it beyond that it’s deeply comforting

Meyers has a massive amount of WWii artifacts at his home. he has legit uniforms of Japanese, German, Italian, US & British soldiers & officers. you can see him light up while reminiscing of his days on set & that makes me very happy for him. what a badass experience

@@kayzeaza i kinda doubt it. I have a feeling he does a lot to stay looking young. From diet, to all kinds of hair and skin products and drugs. Like how Joe Rogan literally sits at an IV and gets pumped full of vitamins or whatever. Definitely not all genetics.

Very interesting interview - Mike Myers played that character brilliantly. I agree that Rob Lowe (who looks like he's friggin 28 - amazing!) has something here by letting his guest speak! How refreshing!
It brings added meaning knowing how much Mike loved that role, pointing at the giant map in the movie, telling Fassbender what his mission will be....''You'll land over enemy lines here, rendezvous with your contact here''' or words to that effect.....He is in his element. :)

Wayne's World is still one of the greatest comedies of all time.
