This is my first piece requested by a subscriber! I was not familiar with the movie, but then I watched it and fell in love! The premise is that a man living in 1980 (Christopher Reeves) travels back in time after discovering a picture of a famous actress (Jane Seymour) from 1915, whom he falls in love with. The movie also heavily features the Variation 18 Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini by Rachmaninoff. I hope you enjoy!
Correction, he was her lover, boyfriend. It is about soulmates and reincarnation. Otherwise her old self would not came to him and said: "Come back to me".
😢😢😢Cada vez que escucho esta melodia siento tristeza y me evoca momentos felices y tristes sin un buen final.... Aveces creo que nuestra vida se completa cuando pasemos al otro lado
You’ve played this beautifully, hauntingly beautiful, you’ve gained an ardent follower. Thank you so much. I watched the movie last night. I want to watch it a few more times, addictive. God bless you
Show off! 😁 I'm kidding, of course! I'm just envious because that was beautiful...❤️ I'm just starting to play but hopefully one day I can play this lovely song like you do! Thank you for the inspiration.
I have watched this over and over learning the song for my grandmother. Had no clue that this was a smaller channel. Amazing playing and production value! I love what you did with the piece it is one of my favorites and I like your interpretation of it. Great job with the ending too!
I have not heard this piece until now, it was really beautiful with an equally beautiful performance! I'm sure watching the movie adds an entire new depth to this piece.
That's the first time i'm hearing this piece, this actually sounds good. I really like the bassline in this arrangement :-) Keep it going ! Your channel is going to blow up one day ;-) I'm sure about it
The Blue Yeti mic is considered good for beginners, but, if you are recording electric piano, don’t use a mic, use the MIDI file in a Digital Audio Workstation with a nice VST plugin.
The fact they tou have to put up this lighting effects that make it harder to see what’s going on to learn, is exactly what’s wrong with the modern world. You can’t just present the song with the keys pressed lit up, it has to have this funky lighting to make you feel important. Why??????

One of John Barry's finest themes. Wonderful playing Eusebius. It's been a while since I heard this one.
Great work.
Aww thank you! Have you seen this movie? It is super old! 1980.
@@Eusebiuspiano
I haven't! Big fan of Barry's work though.
I wouldn't say 1980's is that old in the grand scheme of things ;-)
@@MiloPaulus LOL that’s true.
1 year later I return to tell you, this is the best masterpiece out there. I've listened to others and they just don't have that full rich sound.

Hi Eusebius! What kind of mic would you recommend (entry-level)?
The Blue Yeti mic is considered good for beginners, but, if you are recording electric piano, don’t use a mic, use the MIDI file in a Digital Audio Workstation with a nice VST plugin.
@@Eusebiuspiano thanks
@@Eusebiuspiano Also I use a Yamaha P45.
@@PianoSpeaks Okay, yes, so I would recommend definitely using a DAW and a VST. Cakewalk is a free DAW.
@@Eusebiuspiano THANK YOU if you have seen my videos my audio quality is bad
