Schindler's List is a piece of art. It makes me cry every time I see it. The theme specifically reminds me of Oskar crying in Stern's arms because he thought he could have done more than what he already did. It's just incredible to see a German person that opposed the Holocaust, save so many Jewish people. Love the movie and love the theme song. It touches my heart every time. I hate the past of my Country. As a german, the Holocaust, Auschwitz etc. is so near. Even if I have nothing to do with all of this since I haven't even existed in this century, I always feel so bad when I hear something about the past of germany. We just watched Schindler's list in Religion class and I love the film. And the music. My heart 💔

I don‘t think the whole german history is just bad. We used to have te second strongest economy in the world and everyone wanted unity and freedom. Our nation is build on brotherhood and unity even though we needed a war to unite. I‘m proud to be a german but this doesn‘t mean I appreciate what we did in the World Wars or with the Jews. We have to deal with our history and think about it and that‘s what every country needs to do in order to prevent something like the Holocaust.

I find the music haunting....beautifully done, never to be forgotten. John Williams didn't want to do the score and told Spielberg, why choose me, there are so many more better composers. Only two times I've ever cried from age 18 to 34 now in films is The Green Mile, and Schindler's list. It's impossible not to. Specially with fantastic music like this. Such a good piece here. Brilliantly played. Feels like emotion was thrown in too.
This is one of the most moving pieces of music in existence, even someone who hasn't seen the movie can emulate the emotion conveyed in John Williams music. Itzhak plays it so well and I feel you have great dynamics in your arrangement as well. Excellent work!
This piece is so beautiful I don’t know how to explain it. I was able to see Itzhak Perlman preform this song live in person at his concert. And it was one of the most beautiful and moving pieces I’ve ever heard in my life. The absolute talent these people have composing these pieces is absolutely amazing.
This theme ALWAYS gets to me, no matter where i am, my eyes just start leaking ever single time. Makes me imagine all those families who where destoyed, separated never to meet again and oblivious to the fact that they where being exterminated, all those children and all that fear... I try to think if it was my family and it breaks me. It's hard to imagine that something like genocide actually happens.

How a single piece of piano can capture the holocaust will forever be one of the greatest achievements of film composition. It is beautiful and haunting in equal measure. The tone and melody is simply perfect.
Stumbled upon your channel a while ago, and every single time your video's impress me. This main theme will always hold a somewhat special place in my heart however, as it's probally one of the best movies i've ever seen. Going to repeat a lot of people here, but I actually kind of missed that one single red note somewhere in there!
A performance so beautiful, yet so sad... it perfectly captures the emotions of a single man's attempt at saving as many lives as he could, and the guilt which always comes to those good people... I understand the emotions that drive this piece. They are pain, regret, love, malice, virtue, longing, and survivor's guilt. And to understand that these are the drive in the music, is to feel the pain and passion behind each note. Williams would be proud!

A performance so beautiful, yet so sad... it perfectly captures the emotions of a single man's attempt at saving as many lives as he could, and the guilt which always comes to those good people... I understand the emotions that drive this piece. They are pain, regret, love, malice, virtue, longing, and survivor's guilt. And to understand that these are the drive in the music, is to feel the pain and passion behind each note. Williams would be proud!
