Thanks for your help.My electric bike needs that because I got a hole in it somewhat.Trotted, maybe consider doing this today, baby, but thank you for information and have a good day.I want to use a stuff , maybe
Dont forget to shake and mix the slime up man! Great vido bro!!
Thanks very helpful video!
thanks 🙏
They need to reinvent tires so bad it’s clearly too old of a way of making tires They shouldn’t be popping in this day and age. I mean we can go in space, but can still get a flat tire.
It's a cost and performance thing. Puncture proof/resistant pneumatic tires are heavier(decreases overall performance) and cost more. Airless tires that aren't just solid rocks are really expensive and not yet well developed or available to the masses, especially for cars. Foam inserts have been used for decades in dirtbike applications. This would be the best practical solution assuming it can be installed. A 45psi equivalent foam insert for an electric scooter tire would probably require a 2 piece rim though
I just bought a bottle of this today for my nanrobot d6+. because I keep getting flats for no reason this last time yesterday I fix my brakes and then today I get a flat so I’m just sick of it so I heard of this and I wanna try it out because I heard it’s amazing reviews about it…… hopefully all good
Any update on that? does it actually works?
Yes, an update to let us know you didn't mario kart banana peel yourself into a wall on slime would be fantastic 🥹
Were you sliming a tube or tubeless tire
very helpful:)
Hey buddy, are these tubeless tires? I bought the gallon of slime for bikes, dollys wheelbarrows etc.
Does it work for inner tube?
Do you know how to fix if the slime wasn’t properly spun throughout the tire and all settled in one spot of the tier?
Gr8 advice thanks. Bought a tubed Dualtron Vic don’t what the expense of going tubeless 🇦🇺👍
Did it work well?
NO LO PRIMERO ES DEJAR ESCAPAR EL AIRE DE LA LLANTA O SEA VACIAR LA LLANTA O LA VALVULA SALDRA COMO UN BALA.
If I added slimes, will I still know if the tire was punctured and sealed? Can I feel it?
Check out the pic on the Thumbnail folks, it says "PREVENT & REPAIR" on the slime bottle, because i see all the questions about can it prevent or repair
For 11 inch tire how much slime i have to put??
I put half the bottle in 1 tire 11 inch. That’s fine?
Where is the link?
Don't have the "tool" that comes with the top of a canister. Need to know what's it called and how to get one. Spent 2 h looking for it today without success.
I do t understanding how a company can sell the sealer without the tools to apply it... Makes no sense.
Good afternoon I have a Scooter the tire measurements are 80/ 65-6, could you tell me how much slime I should add on each tire.
I saw the calculator and I tried to use but I noticed that didn't have Scooter tires, so I got in touch. Thank you very much.
Have a great day.
Rossi.
Use 4oz👍
The tool isn't going in the valve . Idk what to do
Does this work with tubeless tires? If so, is there a specific variant of slime for tubeless?
Look up Armor Dilloz 😉
When you've put the right amount of sealant in the tyre do you have to spin the tyres for so long for it to settle ?? Thanks
The spin is just to get an initial coat, really doesn't do anything without a puncture to activate it, spinning is simply required for the slime to locate the hole to plug it when you air your tire after a flat has already happened
@@mythoti thank you
@@urbexwithtaffyyou are welcome my friend, trying to bullet proof some scooter tires myself lol
@mythoti its hard work ain't it hahaha ... armadillo slime is supposed to be amazing for anything over 30mph, mine does 70mph lol
This works if you already have a flat? I've been seeing videos of people repairing it like a bicycle and I really don't want to disassemble wheels or pull the tube out
Good question :D I don't know, but I would say "maybe" if the puncture in the tire is small. And it will heal after when you start pumping in the air, but as the air tires to escape the slime will rubberize at puncture. Pure speculation xd I'm yet to slime my tires.
No unless you have a compressor to pump it up ... it works by air rushing out and seals the hole
Yes it does. I tried it yesterday with a slow air leak i had on my rear tubes, and it worked perfect. Haven't had any issues yet. Maybe i'll update after 6 months trying to retain the same tubes.
Update: It has been 4 weeks. Ever since, i've had to repump the tubes every 3-4 days. It works but it's getting pretty annoying. One more thing to note: the valve eventually gets tighter and tighter thanks to the slime. So it gets harder everytime to repump. Now I'm just thinking about getting new and better tubes and put slime in them.
@@jiroephraimcabanto2915I punctured my 10x2 inner tube a few days ago. How many OZ should I put in?
What stores can I buy the slime at?
Walmart, $7
i think you messed up m8 you should have used double of that slime
Some people said use 2 ounces of it
My calculations from reading the bottle is between 6-8 oz
The website says 2oz for 8 1/2 X2 tyre
how long it takes until slime will dry and do we need to rotate the wheel all the time until it dries to distribute it evenly in the tire?
It takes 2 years to dry :) Rotate the wheel a couple of times after filling it with air and just use your scooter normally afterwards, Slime will remain liquid. Still check the pressure every 2 weeks or so (and every time you get a puncture, visible as a green dot on the tire tread), just remember to keep the valve in the upper half of the wheel when you do so, to prevent leakage. After 2 years Slime should be replaced.
Hi I have a question can you actually put the slime in even if your tires aren't punctured ?? Also when you did this video was the tire punctured already ?
I have heard of people doing that as a preventative. Im sure you can but don't quote me
@@A1Bokeh yeah you can put them in the tyres as a preventative measure so they're less likely to get a puncture
My e-scooter tires are tubeless, do I need different type of slime because when I use that exact slime that you're holding, air was still coming out of it
Yes - you need a tubeless tire sealant
Imao I smile my wheel this morning abs a 10 mintue car ride with my scooter in the back of the car. The slime didn’t work
I can’t get the slime to go in my inner tube, any idea’s?
Did u take out the valve core
@@1017squirrel of course
How long did Slime last on your tires?
Tire Slime is rate for two years!
@@eScootNews Then what happens to slime after 2 years?
@@Pinder1986 wears out man lol, every two years put the same amount in thats it.
@@Pinder1986after 2 years its time for an inner tube change anyways, thin rubber only lasts so long
I didn't mean to say baby.I'm sorry.I was saying I'm on my bike.As on hole in on the tube of the lecture scooter bike and we're try to fix it today.I may use that thank you for your video.I'm richard And i'm in florida
but you did not spin th wheel
Supposed to spin the wheel
Suppose to slime then overpressure the wheel and spin the wheels
It doesn't work..
the video is wrong not enough of slime didn't spin the wheel for 30 seconds
That cheap ass "tool" broke
