When making music there's a massive difference between appealing to the masses and appealing to oneself. I have so much respect for Bassnectar because, aside from already being an amazing musician, he makes music for the sole purpose of making it. Who else would add amorphous bass to a Pennywise song? Criticize him all you want, he's staying true and NOT selling out like most other artists nowadays. Mad props to you, Bassnectar.

Its not about making yourself a god, its about representing everyone willing to make a change and pushing the evolution of the fucking human race and Bassnectar and Pennywise both push the envelope. Just as sick as the Gogol Bordello drop on Divergent Spectrum.
