I've been making a transition from being an inactive person to an active person these past few years. I ended up self-sabotaging quite a number of times because it didn't feel like me at all. But now that I identify more and more as an active person, being active just feels natural.
I’ve had my ups and downs throughout my life, and everything your telling others is very on point, so I personally can validate your thoughts and efforts to improve yourself and helping others understand the reality we live within. What has helped me the most recently is I found a great friend who I trust and she is a relationship coach and she has helped me by understanding my important values and be the type of person I want to attract. The next course was to build better intimacy and a long lasting connection through out our relationship experiences while we have the good times and the times which turn out to be the rough patches. ❤🙏🤩🙌
Awesome video! Loved the map that showed the relationship from Beliefs to Results and the importance of routines. When I work with clients, I teach this as well, but include emotions in the formula since they contain clues about ourselves that can be more challenging to find if we avoid them. One observation: At 6:09 you talked about wasting so much time trying to create a beautiful life. I see it differently: you needed those experiences to discover the role beliefs play in the life we create (especially the ones that limit us). Maybe it felt like a waste because of the time it took to make the discovery. In reality, it was a necessary part of your own expansion, right? Way to go, Poppy! 🙌🏼 P.S. Have you considered working with a coach to progress further at a faster pace?
