@@sa34w sorry, 140 million to own this comfortably? Are you saying that you could own a home that's worth half of your entire net worth? Yep bro if you have the money why not have a great room for every single one of your kids and also the fun spaces take up the space mostly and you just sit in the center but its more comfortable when its big, also whoever you invite is gonna think you know your stuff making it much easier to kickstart a bussines/romantic relationship(and trust me that we can go wherever we want and you wont have to work unless you want to makes a diffrence)
@@GMoretti-ux1pe no one has this many friends or family members to warrant a house this larger. There are 11 guest bedrooms along with an entire guest house. Half of the chairs in that house will likely never be sat in. The house will probably sit empty for most of the year except for the staff they’ll hire to keep it cleaned and maintained. Then those staff will have to go back to their tiny two bedroom apartments where they live with their two kids as they struggle to make ends meet. It’s disgusting.
@@ericazell370 'its disgusting' ... you don't know how much they donate to charity, or the work/effort they put in to get to their level of success. I'm guessing you're bitter because you don't have what it takes? Western culture will always be capitalistic, you can either complain and moan or you can put in the effort and make sacrifices to get where you want, and use your time and wealth to help others. Whilst the cleaner was having children and not taking risk in getting a degree or investments, the homebuyer was likely spending thousands of days and nights, probably alone and tired. Sick of our pathetic generation, not prepared to put in the work and take responsibility
@@ericazell370 agree! I mean who on earth needs three full size fridges and six freezers? In your holiday home too. Glad to know we don’t feel the need to pay so much money just to entertain others to feel valued
I absolutely love all the windows, though I hope all that glass is pretty thick, bears do exist in CO lol. Secondly, a heated driveway for those intense snow storms would be awesome.. Not that you'd ever wanna leave, this house has everything! Absolutely beautiful!
And maybe its cause I'm a guy, but I wanna see that garage! See if the owners exotic cars are living as lavishly lol!
A lot of colorado recently but I have to say the homes are awesome! Great quality videos! Best mansion tour youtuber along with Enes Yilmazer
Such a large home. Imagine it dark. Scary.
Wow! A truly impressive compound. The best luxury home you’ve visited in Colorado so far. Just jaw dropping! I’m curious about who just purchased it? 🤔

@@guiT39 not a nice guy... literally tried to stop his baby momma from moving because he felt her moving was depriving him of his baby. The man is made of money but imagine accomodating the mom. You rarely get this amount of wealth if you'rea good and compassionate person. What a creep.
@@Shasha-jo5iv wouldn't her moving literally deprive him of his kid?
Shasha do you know him personally? Who cares how you feel about him
I wouldn’t be surprised if there are less than 1000 people in the world that could comfortably buy this home
Much more people can afford it. It's essentially cheap considering overall millionaire and semi billionaire population. You would need 140 million to own this comfortably, with property tax and aid and all
There are over 1200 billionaires in the USA….I would strongly disagree
@@sa34w sorry, 140 million to own this comfortably? Are you saying that you could own a home that's worth half of your entire net worth?
To own this comfortably you'd need to be worth AT LEAST 500 million.
So, given that there are about 3.000 accounted billionaires in the world - and we can presume that there are many more than that unaccounted - I'd say at least 10.000 - There are probably more than 50,000 people in the world that could comfortably afford it.
Bro you shoulda waited for my offer, I was about to offer double what they offered
This is the closest mansion to my dream home I’ve ever seen
whoevers kids or neices/nephews/ grand kids or wtv are soooo lucky
Imagine stealing over 70+ million dollars from your employees who do 99.9% of all the work for your company and then pissing it away on one house.
capitalism for you ..
You can go mountain biking and hiking in Phoenix as well PLUS nicer weather IMHO.
This is a bit overkill. All I require is 1 bedroom, some roaches in the kitchen and a leaky faucet.
Hey man, what’s wrong with you? Are you that poor?
@@MissTslo poor is a mere perspective. I view it as frugal
@@MissTslo most people are that poor.
You mean cockroaches in the kitchen?
Lol realness
Imagine the light bill on this house, could for sure pay for a car each month
I would lose so much weight walking around this house. And we probably need a GPS around here
This is probably my favorite house I've seen on UA-cam
The Rock would love this house!
Wow! From the attention to detail to the beautiful views I am floored by this property. Just beautiful! And a beautiful tour as well - thank you for sharing :)
You know you have money when your solar panels are shaded by trees.... and STILL WORK!!!
Exceptional. Love the immaculate attention to detail. Very impressive home
Hey Eric! Lots of love from India ❤️
Amazing for that style of house and the veiws are are breath taking out of this world really really really nice
I just bought this and I can still hear my mother-in-law in the living room saying; She should have married Gary.
And wife replying "Gary who?"
Yes, that is the biggest struggle is maintaining my quality of life in Aspen while keeping the business going in New York City. No doubt.
Just imagine the light bill!
Perfect addition to the family put a bow on it
Would love to see a series on the building of this house. Can you make that happen Erik? 😊
I have watched a lot of mansion tour videos on UA-cam over the years and wow this has been, without doubt the most beautifully done house i have ever seen. Absolutely exquisitely done and one house i would definitely say is worth the money, truly gorgeous property.
Goodluck finding a lost item in this home without getting lost yourself 😂😝
