In this weeks episode we had the exclusive opportunity to take you inside the most expensive residential home ever sold in the state of Colorado! Comment below what you think of this home!
Aspen in general is expensive. I was there in the off season and the cheapest hotel I could find was $125. The rest were $200-$500. The priced 5X during the rest of the year.
This house is very warm and inviting for a house of this size. The architects did a great job. The views alone make it worth it. Houses of this size usually look like shopping malls facing the city caos.
No, it looks just like another stupid condo in Vail. It’ll be just another ski resort as it ages. Nothing is original in this design! I like all the glass so that more energy is required to keep this place warm enough for habitation.
I love this home. Often I see in Colorado homes tend to go a little overboard with the woodsy cabin look. This home is a perfect blend of modern meets cabin with the dark wood and stone throughout and sleek kitchen and glass.
Erik, I don’t think you get enough credit for your ability to show case homes/apartments even when it’s a last minute exclusive tour too. So good. Love how you don’t tend to rush us through and really take the time to show us the details even knowing that 99% of us watching this video couldn’t afford it ever in our lives. Appreciate it 🙌🏻
Most of the house tour is rushed with only a few seconds for each room. I don't know what you are talking about. The last video he points to a plate warmer and the camera turns but quickly turns back, never showing it. I understand the video would be hours long if he delved into each area, but it is at best a wide overview, much like his camera angle.
