I wonder if they do "pay-me drinks?" when a customer offers to buy a girl a drink, he is charged the normal drink price. However, the girls drink is colored/flavored water, and she receives half of the price while the house keeps the rest. You don't want your employees getting too drunk while they are working.

There's an explanation for the customers that complain about the service even after staying for 1 or 2 hours. The service isn't always consistent. Sometimes things might start well, but take a dive afterward, or they might start badly, but the customer hopes that it will get better. That being said, if you've stayed for a long time, just take the L, pay her, don't come back, and leave a bad review if that's an option.
Ya... the interviewee made a good comparison with restaurant dish. If you finish almost the whole thing and still say you don't like it and want a refund, well, the ingredients are already in your stomach... unless you can prove there is hygiene problem like an insect in the half eaten food... it's difficult to get a refund. The lesson is... if things start badly, get out of the room quickly. If things take a dive 40 minutes in (out of an hour), at least 66% of the time was enjoyable.

My guess is it has more to do with common language use or the language barrier rather than condescension; similar to how she refers to the clients as "guys" instead of men.
Yeah, that twinged me a bit too but I like to think that it's due to being more of a language barrier thing rather than used to consciously diminish the sex workers she employs. The people who go just to talk to someone sounds so sad, I hope they find precious people in their life
Indeed
The brothel is based in the Netherlands according to a ladbible article.
I was wondering where it could be, as brothels in the UK are illegal, and I doubt she'd have gone on LadBible to talk about her breaking the law. 😅
This was so interesting!
She is very well-spoken

This is the Netherlands, so I doubt it. EU trading laws would likely frown on that! Also, the girls don't want drunk clients.

They don’t, most use protection and I think most sex workers are on medications and reg check ups. I guess there are always risks.
I know the Netherlands where this seems to be has rules to follow and each worker is registered. Not suee exactly what they are though.
