A great little robot. I look forward to using them in my classes. I ordered six and I have them in hand. It has been fun working with them. I can't wait to hook up my Raspberry Pi.
Wow, seeing this develop from a prototype to a fully functional and extendable product has been amazing. The video is perfect for highlighting RVR's capabilities and growth potential.
Great job sphero on rvr and how much effort you put in to rvr it will have so much potential for coding... good job and i always say keep on rolling sphero..
Hi there - RVR is our most hackable robot yet! While it doesn't come with a speaker, you can check out our SDK to explore how you could hack your own speaker set up on top of RVR: sdk.sphero.com/
That's right - RVR is hackable to make it what you want! Add a camera, add a mic, add a rocket launcher. You decide! ua-cam.com/video/6UI4f4HgkM0/v-deo.html&t
You can add a camera with Raspberry Pi for example. This works with many platforms there isn't a single camera that could work for everything. I recommend a Raspberry Pi and a Raspi Cam. That's what we're using.

This is a game-changer!

Works in grass? I have a Sphero and didn't work in it.
It sure does! RVR is an all-terrain vehicle.
Cuz it was a sphero.
But this is RVR
