    Gusto namin ng ampalaya lumaki kaming lahat kumakain nito. Ang mga luto namin igisa at lagyan ng itlog, luto sa mongo ang dahon, sa pinakbet baboy bagoong alamang may talong kalabasa sitaw hinihiwang ampalaya at gawin din ng salad hindi ko po pinipigaan ng asin mas gusto ang pait I'm after the nutrients. Sa salad either grill it for short time or just plain slice it & of course with onion tomatoes and ginger. May tanim akong ampalaya sa backyard ko at malunggay talong kalabasa sitaw tomatoes different kinds of peppers pechay & different kinds of herbs here in the US. Although I'm working in the office but I have time on weekends coz my hubby and I love veggies and fruits. Thanks Doc Mike and staff's stay safe always. No skipping ads. God bless

    Nong dalaga pa kami ,ang kapatid kong panganay,ang lalaki NG tagyawat nya,sabi ko,kumain siya ng dahon ng ampalaya,ayaw na ayaw nya pero kagustuhan nyangvmawala ang tagyawat nya,nagtiis siyang kumain ng dahon ng ampalaya savloob ng 1 mth.natuyo yong mga tagyawat nya.kaya mulanoon kumakain na ng dahon.ako gustonggusto ang dahon.ni hindi ako tinybuan ng tagyawat.nong bata ako nakikita ko ,ang mga bagong silang na sanggol,una nilang ipiiinom katas ng dahon ng ampalaya,para maitre nya lahat ang mga kinain nya sa loob ng matres ng nanay.

    I blender nyo na hilaw. Mas mabuti na hindi iluto para swak sa atay ang nutrient dense. Mas mabuti rin ang malunggay kasi hindi mapait kesa sa dahon ng ampalaya.

    Masarap din po yan sa tinolang manok instead of sili or malungay. Pwede rin sa pangat na isda or siple gisadong sardinas with ampalaya leaves ❤️💪
