Girl, I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. You’re the real MVP. I truly love your reactions and I truly see and feel how much you love XG. Now you’re in so deep lol. And I have to agree about Harvey. Her uniqueness is what makes her special. IMHO her vocals are under appreciated. I love her singing voice. And I know the girl can sing. One of my favorite things is that they always share the shine… they all get highlighted equally. Always. You get the sense that they genuinely care for each other too. It’s infectious.
"I've gotten to a point where I want everyone to know them." Seems to be the EXACT feeling all Alphaz feel. Like we just get to a point where it almost feels like evangelical "Have you heard the words of our Wolves in saviors, XG?" It has actually made it a bit more difficult to fall for other groups for myself to be honest. I legit watch other debuts and am like... "Oh right...THIS is normal. I have to separate XG. Debut groups are supposed to be a bit out of synch and get better." Also it really feels like half the industry now has shifted their choreos to have formation changes that are XG like and yet most of the industry is just like. "XG isn't a part of the conversation." So it's kind of an odd place to be at. Like these girls are absolutely incredible they're 7 of a kind that make up a one of a kind group and I just want everyone to know them. There's something for everyone just give them a chance. I just wish to see more of the Idols around the industry embrace them. Watching them do dance challenges with other groups is also kind of crazy cause it's like "Oh, here we'll send over Juria and Chisa. They're our vocalists...just keep up with them." Sending Jurin or Cocona is kind of just asking for them to make it THEIR choreo not whoever else's it was.
The ladies are amazing. I have yet to experience another girl group that makes me feel the way they do. I get excited watching them, learning their mannerisms, but watching them have fun is the most important to me. They don’t fake it for the camera and you can really feel that. They were so goofy at the concert and still connected with us in every way they could. My respect for these girls knows no bounds.
These Xtraordinary Girls are JUST TOP 🔝 LEVEL. Their RAP LINE and VOX LINE are both ELITE. Their DANCING 🪩🕺🏻🔑is just EXCEPTIONAL. I m so excited and happy for you to see these AMAZING LADIES. The Guide to XG 2024 video that momosunrise made and I would definitely suggest checking out the episode of Weekly Idol that XG was on. Even the two hosts who both were in k-pop groups themselves are just amazed with XG several times throughout the episode. You can tell by their reactions that even they start to realize that XG is truly a group of seven extraordinary girls and not just another girl group.
Also I kind of like New Dance- Alternate Reality Version MV better than the official one. It's like if the girls were in another universe and this one crosses over and starts possessing them as they go about their day. It's great.
Maya is the one that shocked me truthfully. I didn’t even realize that she is the one who’s lyrics seem to always resonate with me the most and then the fact that she can still pull some amazing notes is just total ACE

That’s very true! I usually do just watch the mvs first. However, I started out doing their songs this way and it just became habit and a group decision (community) enjoyed it that way. This group in particular uses a lot of small details and I like to know the songs lyrics first because they rap in English and as a former rapper myself I wanted to see how their songs were formulated and also so I can pay attention to those small details in the mvs. I don’t do it like this all the time (if you watch other groups I’ve reacted to you’ll see 😆) but my love for this group is so unprecedented I want to catch everything the first time. I also stopped enabling lyrics because at one point they were literally distracting me from the video (my screen is 28 inches so I’m constantly looking up and down) and I feel it takes away from me truly reacting to the MV itself. But I may not do that too much in the future because it’s time consuming 😅

So it's kind of an odd place to be at. Like these girls are absolutely incredible they're 7 of a kind that make up a one of a kind group and I just want everyone to know them. There's something for everyone just give them a chance. I just wish to see more of the Idols around the industry embrace them. Watching them do dance challenges with other groups is also kind of crazy cause it's like "Oh, here we'll send over Juria and Chisa. They're our vocalists...just keep up with them." Sending Jurin or Cocona is kind of just asking for them to make it THEIR choreo not whoever else's it was.
The ladies are amazing. I have yet to experience another girl group that makes me feel the way they do. I get excited watching them, learning their mannerisms, but watching them have fun is the most important to me. They don’t fake it for the camera and you can really feel that. They were so goofy at the concert and still connected with us in every way they could. My respect for these girls knows no bounds.

The Guide to XG 2024 video that momosunrise made and I would definitely suggest checking out the episode of Weekly Idol that XG was on. Even the two hosts who both were in k-pop groups themselves are just amazed with XG several times throughout the episode. You can tell by their reactions that even they start to realize that XG is truly a group of seven extraordinary girls and not just another girl group.

I’ve really tried to keep up with other girl groups but honesty is the best policy so honestly, they are the main girl group that I can literally watch their shorts all day without skipping (even though it’s only a min). I watched a couple of their interviews though and I’ve only done that with boy groups.

I don't know if you've ever heard of 2ne1, but they're a 2nd gen girl group and were incredibly popular. Xg did cover/remix of their song "I am the best". Oh, and Jackson's wang and Ciara performing left right at Coachella.
I want to go to their concert in MSG but I've already spent too much this year. 😭 I'm still debating if I should go or not last min.
I know of 2NE1 but never listened to them. They stopped before i started truly deep diving into K-pop. I would go if I could lol. But I can understand that being a dip in pockets. You won’t regret it if you do 😃

Is there any specific reason you do the lyric only version first? All their music videos have captions, i feel like just doing the music video with captions enabled would hit better best of both worlds u know 😅
That’s very true! I usually do just watch the mvs first. However, I started out doing their songs this way and it just became habit and a group decision (community) enjoyed it that way. This group in particular uses a lot of small details and I like to know the songs lyrics first because they rap in English and as a former rapper myself I wanted to see how their songs were formulated and also so I can pay attention to those small details in the mvs. I don’t do it like this all the time (if you watch other groups I’ve reacted to you’ll see 😆) but my love for this group is so unprecedented I want to catch everything the first time. I also stopped enabling lyrics because at one point they were literally distracting me from the video (my screen is 28 inches so I’m constantly looking up and down) and I feel it takes away from me truly reacting to the MV itself. But I may not do that too much in the future because it’s time consuming 😅
