ya, 5 years they were together since they were very young, and 5 years is not a small number, seeing members no longer in the company is the saddest thing for each member, XG has always been a special group to me
I think the theory is that the rest of the group was too dependent on Airi, and was potentially hindering their growth. Her leaving really made the rest step up their game in preparation for their debut I think. If you look now, the work ethic they have, each individually learning the new choreo and songs, working as a team. While Jurin is leader, you can clearly see they all participate in the decision making of their choreo and performances.
I doubt it, I think they would have made a decision earlier, and would not have prepared her for her debut with everyone if it were as you say. I think there were 2 factors at play here - the fact that she is much older and the debut was postponed due to Covid. And the second is that they realized how difficult it was for them to fit 8 people into the concept that they were developing. They already had at least 4 rappers...
KAMIYA-Finalboss 🪐Dance video and XTRA XG #44 takes me back to this episode in so many ways it's devastating and inspiring at the same time. They really chose a good title to their second album to reflect the multiple meanings in just that simple word.
Thanks so much for continuing to react to XG! I'm a little older than them but I think they are more mature than me lol. I really admire their strict discipline and strong work ethic. They motivate and inspire me whenever I lose track of my goals. They all said "I have a dream and through hard work and determination, I'm going to make it happen", and so they did.
Being the final cut after dedicating years to the process must be so incredibly tough and heartbreaking. I have nothing but admiration and respect for AIRI and how she left the group with such grace and dignity. Her final letter to the other members will always stay with me. "Thank you for the irreplaceable, wonderful days." 😭
4:20 🤫 Highly agree. Like you said only they would really know all the reasons but in the short time frame Airi was shown she really did stand out. All in all, do wish happiness for everyone
Each member has truly EVOLVED and are truly International Performers. This was such a tough episode but it was necessary for the INCREDIBLE growth for XG as a whole. I follow KAMIYA because she was a true leader that the younger ones followed and loved 🥰. I encourage her to continue to be inspired and creative. JURIN is AMAZING. Thank you for continuing with XG’s journey…this reinforced my love and support for XG. Sorry, I’m late my family kinda wore me out 😜☺️ 🦃🍂 yesterday. Happy Holidays beautiful Alphaz. Being a mom takes so much strength. Be blessed and encouraged.
My face is a mess with tears😭 It's very hard to break up with someone you've been with for so many years. Moreover, they are junior and senior high school students and are very young. They have been through a lot of pain, joy, sorrow and separation, which is why they are the strong girls they are today! All of the trainees in xgalx are top notch.👽 I will continue to support XG‼️🐺 thanks for the response🫶
After watching this documentary, I watched Dance Moms because I was curious of WTF is going on with Jojo Siwa recently and I heard she started her career by trained on this show by her mom. Then, I was remember this documentary. Holy sh*t, the way the parents in that show train their kids is complete 180 in comparison Simon trained XG. Even though there is no physical abuse, but there is lot of verbal abuse from the parents. Simon was strict, but he didn’t do anything that negatively affects the trainees’ self esteem. Whenever he discuss something with them, he speak to them eye to eye not treating them like they’re dumb. In XG’s own words (specifically Harvey’s words), at their New DNA Showcase in Japan 2023 that they said to Simon in front of the whole crowd (I watch the whole performance), “You’re like a father to us.” How on Earth is Simon, a man that is not biologically related to XG, is a better parent than the actual biological parents that trained those girls in Dance Moms!? 😟
Haha lol i actually scheduled this one a few hours out because im usually up at unusual times and post it right after uploading but since it was almost 2AM I thought maybe ill hold off a couple hours 🤣😅. I was actually sleep when it dropped lol.
I understand why Simon have to 'drop' Airi because she have big influence to other girls and she's little bit naughty that's what Simon wants to avoid beside this 7 is already perfect (vocal rap dance). And I think Simon already has plans for Airi for solo debut but she leaves XGALX for own debut at her UA-cam.
I think everything is much simpler. It is very difficult to give parts to each participant in the track, even when there are 7 of them. Especially when you want to show them from different sides. Airi is the oldest, as far as I understand, +3 more years to Chisa. Now, for example, she would already be 25-26. She is a rapper/dancer, and then we have Cocona, who is 6 years younger... I think before Covid they wanted to start with 8 participants, but after the start of the pandemic, plans changed along with the postponement of the debut. By the way, there is a very good interview with her about a year ago, in Japanese but with normal subtitles, very interesting for fans of the group.
Hesonoo!!😭🐺🛸👽

I’ve seen this at least 20 times now and it still hits me like a missile in the feels every time 😢
Watching the expression on their faces change as they processed what was being said really got to me.

Just watched Final Boss & CBD. I’ll drop that soon.

The holiday wore us all out 🤣 but I can agree!
彼女達のデビューまでの軌跡を追ってくださりありがとう😊❤🇯🇵
Man i forgot this episode tough one, the final episode is gonna be a good change up
Oh thank goodness lol 🥲
I wonder in an alternate universe where XG is 8 how are they doing.
My face is a mess with tears😭

Harvey and Jurin were really close with Airi.
Harvey and Jurin met each other while modeling and they met Airi around the same time.

Girl you held it together much better than I did, and I’ve seen this a handful of times already! But once again, 38:45… nope, I’m DONE! 😭
Alphaz on deck 🐺🐺Airi has started a solo career her new stage name is now Kamiya
Yes I checked out two of her songs here too 😊 ua-cam.com/video/Y8DtT2M-4tM/v-deo.html
XG 👽🐺🔥💗 XG
Hey Liv, you updated your upload schedule? 😁 Got up early for this one huh? lol... You didn't have to, we would've watched it last night anyways 😂

This was a rough one.

This has nothing to do with the reaction. Happy new year my friend.❤
