So using the FCM-1 you can basically create additional NACs beyond what the panel supports? Would it function the same (other than panel NACs including the power, VS. the module needing external power)
Can you ask that question another way? I'm don't think I understand. You can create additional NACs in terms of having the ability to control additional zones independently (such as in a strip mall or high rise), but you'd still need enough external power from some source to properly drive the devices.
Joe Klochan yes that was the concept I was referring to I wanted to see if I was understanding correctly. So you could have a control module in a remote location in a strip mall type scenario then have a power supply in that suite for those strobes.
Your channel is one of the only good ones I've found on FAs and devices/functions. Thank you. Would love to see more sometime in the future!
agreed. showing the wiring, AND the definitions, AND why, AND its not in Tagalog Filipino or Hindi half way through it.
New to Fire Alarm; your videos are so valuable to me. Thanks, bro.
Dude! I like your videos! Thanks A Million ! I use them to brush up my Fundamentals.
Thank you this was very helpful.
The videos are very informative!
Thank you so much for your videos, however shouldn't this circuit be connected to a NAC instead of SLC?
Thanks good info
I appreciate your videos. Thank you
Thanks a lot for this! I’m working on the Notifier afp 1010. This system is so old.
