- My best and worst luxury purchases of 2020 - ranking every luxury item I bought in 2020. Some things I really expected to use a lot but ended up barely touching at all while other pieces really surprised me in how versatile they were. And as a result of this crazy year, I realized that my go-to items have changed quite a bit so the rankings are quite interesting.

I think in 2021 you will be able to completely re-order them when life opens up again.
I work in healthcare so felt the need for regular pick me ups this year!
My number 1 items would have to be a Hermes card holder and the LV key pouch. I sold my long wallet and the 2 SLGs completely suit my lifestyle now.
I have also bought a reissue and a classic flap bag in beige, neither of which I have used yet so I am desperate for life to normalise again.
Looking back on 2020 it’s been such a depressing year but I am full of hope for the future.

Thanks Sarah! Firstly thanks for all you do as a healthcare worker ❤️ It’s good that you purchased classic pieces because even though you didn’t use them this year, you’ll enjoy them in the future. This year is probably the worst for buying trendy pieces because it’ll be outdated as it sits in the closet with the tags still on.

I loved this video! 😍✨ I’m still eyeing the nano speedy but not sure how I feel about the vachetta straps. Have you had any issues with it staining, especially with the extra use of hand sanitiser these days? Your one still looks in perfect, brand new condition! 😍
This is my first piece with vachetta leather so I can't say for sure I'll still love it when it turns too dark. For now I haven't had any issues. It has darkened a little bit from when I first got it although it's not very noticeable on its own. I just make sure my hands are dry before I touch it after using hand sanitizer or washing my hands.

I love seeing your list of purchases for this year! I actually ended up buying a couple of items this past Black Friday so I think I will make my worst and best list in 2021, even tho I only have less than a month left haha. 🤭
I’ve bought a few things recently too. I didn’t include them in this video because I figured aside from a coat I have no idea when I’m going to use them 😅 Definitely going to watch your video when it’s up. I love these best and worst videos 😊
@@CAROLCHANNELINGCHIC Haha that’s fair! 2020 is not the year! I bought a Self Portrait dress from a consignment shop to try the brand out for the first time over the BF weekend and I’m sad to say it doesn’t fit because it’s tight around the rib cage. I’m devastated ☹️☹️😭
Oh no that sucks. Self Portrait does tend to run small in my opinion - I always go up a size or two when I buy from them. Are you able to return it?

The Celine Pico bag looks really classy & appears to be universal for all occasions and styles. The # 1 ranking in 2020 is very justifiable!!! Oh by the way, love the curls!!! 💖🌹😎✌

I don't want to say it's my worse purchase but I haven't used my Dior 30 Montaigne. It matches my thigh high Stuart Weitzman boots to a tee. I hope I get to wear it (and the boots) this winter.
They would look so great together! It’s hard to judge a purchase by how much it’s been used this year alone. So many things in my closet have just been gathering dust since March 😞

I use my nano speedy the lest and my vintage lv the most. Don’t know name, some French city, lol.
Since this video, I stop using my nano speedy too and sold it eventually. I still love how cute the bag looks though 😆
