Modding Skyrim with 8GB of Vram is pure torture. My current 4000+ mods large mod list almost maxes out the 24GB on my 4090... Starting to run tight on ESL slots too, lol.
@@willreading4958 I cant wait in 7 years we get Fo5 and 7 years after that we get ES6, and finally after at least 7 more years going to have some nice mods for ES6! Its going to be a great game 21 years from now! Bet CDPR will release Witcher 4 somewhere in that time its going to rock!

The wolves are completely silent and the way they just fly off when they die makes me laugh. This just seems more goofy than anything lol. Definitely looks pretty though

I am fairly suprised you are able to run this on an rtx 3070 with only 8 gigs of Vram. My own mod list, albeit a lot larger than yours, uses up 19 - 23.8 gigs of Vram at 1440p. I'm building a Vagabond fork with over 4800+ mods currently. Almost maxed my ESP and ESL count. Will have to optimize and remove some stuff again. Right now I am considering removing Seasons of Skyrim since it's just not worth the hustle imo and further rebuilding Vagabond. Added round about 370 mods and removed around 40. My personal private mod list before had 1620+ mods and was very fantasy oriented similar to yours. Cool list you got there.

Like Kirby said it’s a lot of time configuring/piecing the order of what goes where and what mods play nice with one another I’m fairly new to modding (on Pc) but my time doing it on Xbox helped me have some experience, currently up to 500 mods in my load order.
What adds so many particles such as the falling leaves which you have, I have never noticed then on my modded setup. Can Name of the Armor mod at the beginning please 😅?
Because graphics mods are far easier to make and it has more audiences... Beside there are already tons of great mods that add new quests and places. There are lots of new quests mod that will come out in 2025-2026 like lord bound, apotheosis, skywind and skyblivion. You just gotta wait because it takes time and lots of resources.

nolvus is still better. there is way too much pop in on this and the lighting isn't as good. nolvus has better global illumination plus shaders and really good LODs.

Agree. These modlists look nice when done as a showcase. Once you actually play them they are "goofy", as you put it.
Cause Skyrim was a goofy game at its core. Even the most carefully curated modlist in the world can't change that

I use Nolvus and my PC is warm enough that my cat loves the exhaust.
