Well Imma say you done earned yourself a subscriber with this non-nonsense.
I just ordered and installed a set of 20” tires in 14” wheels on my 80 Club Car Caroche. 1” block up front and HD rear springs with a longer shackle to level it, looks and drives great.

I’ve been thinking about 20” tires on my CC Precedent (4 seater) with just a 1” lift on the front and none in the rear. I assume any issues would be with rubbing during turns and not so much with the up and down? The cart weight is down by about 250 lbs due to lithium battery pack upgrade.

From what we’ve seen, many of the Precedent and Tempo models have a wire harness that goes under the floor mat on the passenger side and up to the dash. The protrusion is in the passenger side wheel well there which is where they run into issues at least on the front. This is why that 1” block lift is needed for the 215/40-12 and 205/30-14 tire sizes.
You may have to upgrade to some HD rear leaf springs to squeeze 20” tires on the back especially if you’ve got a rear seat + adult(s) on there.
How to rotate front-to-rear without using Jack Stands? Have you done a video on this process?

Are all bolt holes the same? I have a 2009 EZGO RXV with 14x8.50-8 does that mean I have 14" tires on 8 inch rims? if I go to 20,I assume the bolt holes stay the same but the rim might be 10" or bigger?
I have a 1994 ezgo Marathon.. will I need a lift kit for 20” tires?
What height does the Sahara Classic 20" measure? It looks much taller than the other 20" tires.
Actually about 19.75” tall. If it looked taller it was the angle. We sent that Sahara Classic 20x10-10 set to a happy customer on Friday as well!

Yep! That’s a great combo. You could also do a 12” wheel with a tire that is 18” overall height. This includes the 215/35-12 street tire OR 18” DOT all terrain tires.
Is the Sierra Classic best for running in sand at the beach?

Are they radial tires or bias ? 🤔
Most golf cart tires are bias ply. If you see a size that has an “R” in it like a 205/50-R10 or a 23x10-R14 then they will be radial construction.
