Does anyone remember Columbia Record club where you got 10 free albums if u bought one album a month for a year? I used my mom my dad and both sets of grandparents for addresses! 😅
Yes I was in the Columbia house record club for years and when CDs came out they kept sending me stuff and saying hey you can switch over and I never did finally I got a message you are now in the CD club there is no more record club. We actually joined up the first time my mom and I in 67 I believe and I got the mommas and the papas and the birds and Cher thanks so much for sharing much appreciated I also thanks for subscribing and liking the video
I have another video where I have my top 100 I have another video that's my top 50 and I think I called the last one my top 10 as well showed 50 records I have two more videos coming up about 18 records each of rare records volume 1 rare records volume 2 you might enjoy those thanks for watching subscribing and liking the video much appreciated 🔥 but you're right I can do another top 10 easily Great idea my friend. I was thinking of doing another video so I pulled out 10 top records and only got to Alice Cooper so yeah there's a number of videos we can roll out awesome bro 😎
Ron. It is a pleasure to see you on the small screen again. You hit many of my choices. The Grand Funk Closer to Home is a favorite. Loved your answer to the thread.
I know nearly all of those records very well. It was great to see Alex Harvey get a mention. I saw SAHB in Liverpool in 1975 on the tour where the live album was recorded. They were superb. If I were to choose one record of theirs, though, it would be Next. I saw them again when they were one of the support bands for The Who at Charlton Athletic F.C. I blame that concert for my later hearing loss. That and Led Zeppelin at Earls Court. Both left my ears ringing for days. You have a great collection there.
Thanks very much I love framed, next and The impossible dream. I have all the records and there all great! Even soldier on the wall. Never got to see Alex Harvey leave it living in Canada. must have been great. Between Blue oyster cult and Alex Harvey and David Bowie. they stayed on the turntable every day. Thanks for sharing your experience really enjoyed that. also thank you for subscribing and liking the video much appreciated
What a superb list, Camel’s Mirage is one of my top five albums. Never thought I would hear anyone mention Audience’s House on the Hill - been a while since I listened to it. Now no boast but I loved Black Sabbath when only a handful of people had heard of them, saw them at Greens in Glasgow, I have the original A1 - B1 pressing and was offered a large sum of money for it. Used to go and see Stone the Crows a Scottish band, Leslie Harvey guitarist (Alex Harvey’s brother tragically died on stage). Had originals of Roxy Music, Cat Stevens, Dark Side of the Moon and others on your list. So so many great albums, superb selection.
Thank you my friend sounds like you have a great taste in music as well thanks for taking the time to comment on the video much appreciated thanks for subscribing and liking the video
Great video. First time seeing your channel. I'm pretty familiar with the 60s, classic rock of the70s, and then the 90s and beyond, but this provides a great glimpse into an era and genres that I don't know as well. Looking forward to checking them out
Welcome to the channel Hope you enjoyed the video I have many many videos if you're newer to record collecting there's a lot of information packed in a lot of my videos thanks so much for watching
Great to see a new video from you Ron and good to see you doing well. Inspires me to pull out a few albums i haven't listen to in a while. I have that copy of cat stevens and had picked it up after seeing it in one of your older videos. Absolutely fantastic sounding. Take care from Canada!
Hey Richard so glad you tuned in my friend and that's why I put all classic rock because I know you could cover the other bases more expertly than I could ever do 😎 thanks for tuning in and I put up a bunch of videos this week so have a look bye for now.
Yeah you never see anybody talking about Manfred Mann and especially this LP is so so good thank you very much for watching and leaving a great comment very encouraging.
Welcome back Ron!! I'm still looking for Captain Beyond's debut on vinyl. BTW great list in which i have most in my collection as well but with the notable exception of Pink Floyd. Yep sorry but i just can't 'get' this band...maybe one day. You mentioned the lyrics in the SAHB'S Framed album. I think 'The Tale Of The Giant Stone Eater' from the band's 'The Impossible Dream' album are the weirdest I've ever heard. Just as an aside when we were in the local pub i suggested we create our ultimate c.d. The rules were simple...the playing time had to be < 80mins and only 1 track per band / artist. Created a very interesting discussion so maybe one day you could consider a video of your ultimate c.d ? I know we prefer vinyl but i think a c.d. version is more convenient. Anyway thanks again for the video Ron.
As you can tell I struggle with a top 10 or the best 20 songs type of thing there's just so much good music that I love but that's a good idea thanks so much for watching and leaving such great feedback 🔥
That Sabbath gatefold so nice. Surprised DM Ultra was in there and Tragically Hip! Cool picks. Good to see you back Ron! Think I will jump on this thread too Cheers
Great choice with Framed by SAHB - saw them in Hull in November '74. They were amazing - one of my favourite concerts, and Framed is my favourite album by them
Hello Ron. 'House on the Hill' is one of my all-time favourite albums. Very underrated ! Also love 'Friend's Friend's Friend' and 'Lunch'. Great Hipgnosis cover. Howard Werth almost became Jim Morrison's successor in The Doors. Other lesser known Charisma groups I admire are Jackson Heights and String Driven Thing.
I agree completely with Black Sabbath-Black Sabbath, Secret Treaties-Blue Oyster Cult & several others & would add Bridge Of Sighs-Robin Trower, Rocks-Aerosmith, Are You Experienced-The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Sad Wings Of Destiny-Judas Priest, Montrose-Montrose, I& II-Queen, Rising-Rainbow, 7th Son Of A 7th Son-Iron Maiden, Heaven & Hell-Black Sabbath among others.
Yeah I agree there's a bunch of other ones in there I could have pulled I'm going to continue I'm going to do some more top 10 most played videos I had a guy suggested yesterday Man I love these videos I know you got more records do some more so I checked and pulled out 10 and I got to Alice Cooper and I had 10 records already. so there's a few more up my sleeve thanks so much for watching, subscribing and liking the video much appreciated
Hey Ron! I’m sure you could do my contest with all the records you have! It is show me you 5 Michaels and that could be any iteration of Mike, Mickey, or anything else you can figure! Also, it can be a first middle or last name! Give it a shot because I don’t have that many entries therefore, your odds are high! 🎉
Wow that's two grails for most folks congratulations! very very nice those are two of the hardest records to find because they're so coveted people don't give them up.
Some great albums there Ron. Love Ten Years After - have you got Stonedhenge? My UK first press is in the top 5 best sounding records I own well worth getting a copy if you haven’t got it. Also with Aqualung (or any classic Tull) have you heard any of the Steven Wilson remixes? They sound phenomenal personally I much prefer them to my original pressings.
Yes I have Stonehenge on a UK press as well as the tow I showed was the Wilson remix but I do prefer the classic records pressing but not by a large margin and it is far more expensive than the Steve Wilson remix which I did a reviewed on my channel and I thought it was a great value. Thanks so much for watching bro and leaving great comments so much appreciated 🔥
Stand up is fantastic and the new analog productions Bernie Grundman remaster is phenomenal sounding. there are so many great Jethro Tull albums but aqualung is probably the one I've listened to the most. Thanks for watching bro and leaving such a fantastic comment 🔥
Hey Bro! It's awesome to see you again, it's about time mate! 😁 Many great albums. I took note of some I've never seen like the Captain Beyond, I think I'm gonna like that. And, the Manfred Mann album, I've not really taken the time to check his out. I sampled both, and I liked what I heard so far. You know, a couple of years ago I was able to get a pristine Classic Records Zeppelin IV like you showed and for a good price. But, for some odd reason it did not sound very good. My early Porky/Pecko easily bested it, so I sold it. It's worth double that now. Odd too, because I have the Quiex Classic Records pressings of I, V, & VII and they all sound very good. I guess unfortunately I just got a bad one, I don't know... 😕 I also used to have a DCC pressing of Aqualung which many really go for. I bought it new long ago. But, on my system anyway it just struck me as rather dead and lifeless sounding. I traded it to a nice fellow on the Steve Hoffman Forums for some lovely albums. I got a pristine MFSL pressing of Dead Can Dance: Into the Labyrinth which sounds bloody amazing! I also got a nice superiour sounding UK R.A.Y.E.S pressing of RUSH: Permanent Waves which also sounds great! And I got a nice clean early pressing of Cannonball Adderley's Mercy, Mercy, Mercy. Not a bad trade for an album that I didn't like the sound of 😀 I DO have a MFSL original pressing of Aqualung which I feel sounds a lot more dynamic and lively. PLEASE keep the excellent videos coming. I really love your laid-back and very pleasant style, more than most here. So, I REALLY look very much forward to seeing what you have in store for us 😊 Oh, and I really liked the Jazz you had playing in the background, very nice!
Thanks bro you had inspired me to make a video with your last comment thanks so much also if you can pick up the classic records edition of aqualung can be expensive that is the best I have found and that 2011 Steve Wilson remix is very good you might enjoy that better I have never heard the mofai it's probably sounds fantastic. I'm at the point where if I have a very good sounding copy that I like I don't want to go out and spend a bunch of more money for something that might be a Little better here or there
@@RocknRonni I'm glad you felt motivated! 😁 I Fully agree... I too am satisfied when I have what I feel is a good sounding copy. Not too keen on the Steve Wilson remix of Aqualung, people are a bit divided on that one. However, I do have his remix of one of my very favourite Tull albums Stormwatch and his 5.1 mix, and both of those do sound quite good through my system. By the way, I don't THINK I've mentioned this before, if I have then please excuse me... But, is there a way I can send you a link to pictures of my Soundroon System & Collections, just in case you were super bored one day and had absolutely *NOTHING* better to do 😊 Actually, if you want, there are also links underneath all of my videos if you wanna take a look. Keep up the great work Ron, you are still my favourite to watch! I also like Tim at University or vinyl and Dave Denyer with his Immaculate System designed by God and handed down directly from Heaven, but I think you have better taste in albums... 😁
Thank you very much yeah that OG of deja vu is so, so good I had the classic records edition of deja vu and it was horrible compared to this record. Sounds like you got yourself a beautiful record collection as well congratulations ❤️ thanks for subscribing and liking the video most appreciated
Hello mr musiclover Just wanted to say I like your music taste (heard all you showed) but in my list would be Live/Dead by Grateful Dead Moondog 1 and 2 on Cbs, La flute indienne 1 and 2 by Calchakis, Rainbow bridge by Hendrix and because I am from Sweden I would add Kebnekajse 1,no music no life...
Ooh very nice I'll have to check that out I have quite a number of Peters albums can't wait to watch your video and get your opinion thanks so much for the heads up. 👍
Coincidentally, I was just watching a YT video of jimmy mcculloch playing with stone the crows in the early 70s. They used to play in one of our local pubs in Glasgow named burns howff. This pub is also well known as where alex Harvey made his name prior to sensational alex Harvey band fame.
Yeah I love Alex Harvey band and I've actually been watching a lot of videos about other folks reacting and talking about Alex and seems to be a lot more people learning about Alex Harvey in the last while.
Hi, I'm 75 and enjoyed your selection. {Don't think you can count! but W T F ! LOL}. Nice seeing SAHB, CAMEL & ROXY. I only have INDELIBLY STAMPED & never listened to Frank after the first 2 or 3 MOTHER'S lp's. Just bought a YES album & intend to buy Close to the Edge. Gone off CSNY but just bought 12 STEVEN STILL'S / MANASSAS cd's. Steven is rarely off my record player & I wanted to listen to him when in the Garden & in my shed, so need CD's.... I'll "Subscribe" as your Music Choice seem's much closer to mine than some of these VINYL COLLECTORS who seem BLINKERED toward's certain popular HIT album's ! Michael.
Thanks Michael yeah The number 10 is more of a guideline for me lol. hard for me to narrow it down to 10 records. I really can't seem to do it and I think people do appreciate the fact that they get a little more for their money when they watch my top 10. You may want to give that Frank Zappa record I showed a listen on UA-cam it's not anything like his earlier stuff which I don't care much for, and maybe a couple other titles I mentioned. thanks for watching thanks for subscribing and leaving a great comment my friend ❤️🔥
I saw Stranded ( Roxy Music) but all early 6, including Viva Roxy Music were great ( For your Pleasure 10 out of ten).Manfred Mann also did well with Nightingales and Bombers and the magnificient Roaring Silence !
Somehow that seemed like more than 10 but I lost count. We have similar tastes, I even overplay the Audience record. I'd say half I play a lot and the other half I either don't own, never heard or never play. Still that's a lot compared to other VC lists.
Thanks for watching my friend I have a hard time with the top 10 I can't ever seem to narrow it down to that few of great records that I love. Thanks for watching and leaving a fantastic comment so much appreciated 🔥
@@RocknRonni, Contemporary Christian music was at it's best in the 1980's. My wife is more interested in watching TV, so I head to the man cave for music, or YT/Facebook.
I've had a lot of people telling me about how they really love that audience record. surprised me because when I show it most people have no idea who audience even is so happy that you've been listening to them and appreciating the music and haven't been missing out.
"Space in Time": is one of my favorite albums of all time. Have to admit I was a bit disappointed though that Lee used nasty words "dykes and fairies".
Hi Ron. I want to put this nicely but Mazzy had nice little personal stories on his thread which it would've been nice to have heard. My friend in the UK here watches you and he really likes your videos and you've helped him with particularly prog and pressings info from what i understand. I don't have the time to watch so many videos and i tend to stick more to British channels especially as I've met up with the guys few times now. Sorry not being too critical here but felt you went over the ten slightly i know its not a competition contest so no rules i guess. How did you get into records? Was it a long long time ago or resurgence recently? Anyway i have dropped in occasionally now and again. Regards, Martin.
Hey Martin thanks for the the tip about the stories I did tell one little story about my tragically hip record I hope that helps a little bit it's very hard for me to narrow it down to 10 records. I have a number of videos like this and I don't pay attention to the number I'm not trying to enter a contest I'm just making a video and doing my best, of course I do appreciate your suggestion. I have been buying records like I said about the Grand funk record and the deja vu album I bought them new in 1970 when they came out. My mother had joined the record club earlier in about 67 and I got some records back then too the birds, mamas and papas, Sonny and Cher stuff like that. Bought my first stereo when I was 18 years old Onkyo receiver Akai turntable, Sony reel to reel. Started working in a stereo shop selling Hi-Fi gear when I was 19 years old. I have always been interested in great sounding records. thanks for leaving such a great comment inspired me. I will try to include more personal background information if you think that will help build interest in the video. 😊 Also I have made other videos that included these records and have told stories about different titles at different times I don't want to be repeating myself the same thing on every video. I do appreciate your insight. I did have a fellow a few years ago Tell me he wanted me to tell more times when there was funny stories around the record or bloopers or those types of things and I did include that on one video when I had thought about some funny incidents around the record so suggestions help more than you think. Thank you, Martin appreciate you
Thanks very much thanks for subscribing and leaving great feedback. yeah these are a lot of the classics of course that's why I've listened to them so many times
Love a few of your picks countdown to ecstasy Santana crime of the century . Mmeb also in my top ten . FYI Mannfred doesn’t sing , it’s mick Rogers on guitar and lead vocals
Love that Audience album Ron, I don't have that pink label though. I don't think so anyhow. LOL.. Can't argue with any of the records you showed, a lot of them would make my list too. I was surprised not to see any Stones albums. Very disappointing, I'm unsubbing. LOL
Let it Bleed is one of the best albums ever made. I often think It’s a bit of a shame that Country Honk isn’t anywhere near as good as Honky Tonk Women (in my opinion!) and the live version of Midnight Rambler is the definitive version, but it’s still a brilliant album. That whole run of albums from Beggars Banquet to Exile on Main Street is phenomenal.
@@Stuck_in_the_70s For me all the albums the Stones made up till Exile on Main Street are phenomenal albums. I never saw them until the 70s. Seen them in 72 and 74.
@@BobbyGass5 yeah they didn't do many bad ones did they? I've seen them live sevaral times - including last year. I was a bit nervous tbh, but they are still brilliant live!
Yes such a great record to get the Royal treatment too bad audio fidelity is out of business had a great business model must have had other problems and that album I do believe is not in large supplies so we're a couple of lucky ones to get that record thanks for watching and leaving a great comment 🔥
No it's my bottom teeth are rubbing on my top teeth been a thing since I've been a kid just showing up now that I'm older thanks for watching Glad you enjoyed the video my friend
Thanks for watching and thanks for the recommendation I am going to do it right now thanks so much much appreciated thanks for subscribing and liking the video my friend
Well there's going to be a lot of '70s records in there if I have listened to them a hundred times was kind of my criteria but yeah I think 1973 was the best year for music so many of my favorite records is in that era and I could have shown even more records but you have to stop somewhere it's supposed to be a top 10 and I had 25 lol. Thanks so much for watching and leaving such a great comment 🔥
Yeah cheap trick their first album I played that a lot when it first came out Great stuff 😎 thanks for watching thanks for subscribing and giving great feedback.
You know that record deserves a lot more love from me and in fact I'm going to play it today because it's not getting enough play on my turntable thanks so much for the great comment and watching the video 🔥
Nice to see Camel and Van der Graaf in there, but I counted more than 10. I tried to make a list, ended up sorting them into decades, had 20 in the '60s, 40 in the '70s, and 20 in the '80s. It wouldn't be as hard to sort them into a "Top 100", but Top 10 is pointless. As for BS and GF, they were turds then, haven't improved with age.
Yeah it's really hard to say what are you top 10 played records it's a difficult thing to do I kind of take the top 10 is more of a guideline and like I said I just decided what records have I played at least a hundred times that was my criteria there's probably other ones I missed of course but 25 was enough thanks so much for watching Glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for leaving me great comment
I don't think I could put a number on how many times I've listened to Highway 61 Revisited, Are You Experienced?, Forever Changes, Buffalo Springfield Again, The White Album Sides 1, 2, & 3, Shine On Brightly, Abbey Road, Let It Bleed, Morrison Hotel, All Things Must Pass, Moondance, The Yes Album, Who's Next, Aqualung, Ziggy Stardust &tSfM, Madman Across the Water, Dark Side of the Moon, ZOSA, There Goes Rhymin' Simon, Band on the Run, Dixie Chicken, Royal Scam, Grievous Angel, Court and Spark, Born to Run, Hotel California, Rumors Darkness on the Edge of Town, My Aim Is True, Rust Never Sleeps, Damn the Torpedoes, Speaking in Tongues, Cargo, Learning to Crawl, Word of Mouth, Lonesome Jubilee, Revenge, Nevermind, played from LPs, 8-tracks, cassettes, some open-reel tapes, and CDs, These, and fifty or a hundred more, are the soundtrack of our lives, the playlist for all our long, late nights on the interstate, or, long trips into the celestial plane.

Thanks again for sharing much appreciated
Ok, before you show crime of the century I'll stop watching this 'cause I hate that band. I was predicting you were gonna bring that one out somehow and I was right.
Yeah when it first came out my sister bought it. I wasn't a big fan but after I listened it was recorded so well I just couldn't stop listening to it. it'll grow on you after a while not all the songs mind you but there are a couple really good ones. thanks for watching appreciate it

Richie, don't tell Nathan Hunt, but seriously, I agree.

Audience’s House on the Hill - been a while since I listened to it. Now no boast but I loved Black Sabbath when only

Great to see your back Ron ...another great video
Thanks John thanks so much for watching and appreciate your comments as always 🔥
Don't anyone miss the Capt Beyond album. Also love Mirage by Camel. Both are classics.
Good to have you back. Great selection.
Thanks Brian appreciate you 👍
Great to see a new video from you Ron and good to see you doing well. Inspires me to pull out a few albums i haven't listen to in a while. I have that copy of cat stevens and had picked it up after seeing it in one of your older videos. Absolutely fantastic sounding. Take care from Canada!
Nick! good to hear from you Bro. thanks so much for leaving a comment on the video and thanks for watching 🔥
Ron, way to ease back into making videos. So many classics that you showed! Thanks, Chris
Thanks Chris for watching and for leaving great comments 🔥😎
Hey Pal. Great seeing you. I just put up my entry. I didn't show any classic rock because I knew you would.
Hey Richard so glad you tuned in my friend and that's why I put all classic rock because I know you could cover the other bases more expertly than I could ever do 😎 thanks for tuning in and I put up a bunch of videos this week so have a look bye for now.
Hi Ron. Great list of albums. Fully Completely is a pleasant surprise! Cheers, Jeff
Hey Jeff good to hear from you Hope everything's going your way my friend thanks for watching and leaving comments 🔥
Nice segment. Always a pleasure. I'm gotta do one.
Looking forward to your top 10 thanks for watching
Did bot see Depeche Mode coming………..the whole list is great
Thank you very much Pierre yeah I listen to Depeche mode I think I have almost all their records all the 12-in stuff nice ❤️
Audience ! Was just playing it, other day. Great version of Put a Spell on You.
That was great, our taste in music is spot on I have almost all of them albums
Well you sure have great taste in music then those records I showed while not very obscure most of them are so good congratulations 🔥
Jazz sabbath in background? Love my copy of that. Great video.
Yeah thank you very much I really enjoy the jazz Sabbath.
Great list. Good to see Solar Fire get some respect.
Yeah you never see anybody talking about Manfred Mann and especially this LP is so so good thank you very much for watching and leaving a great comment very encouraging.
I’d never heard Audience before. Great stuff👍
Great to see you back!!
Hey Hector hope you're doing well my friend
Great lineup!
Thanks bro I appreciate you watching and leaving feedback Hope everything's going your way my friend 😊
That Sabbath gatefold so nice. Surprised DM Ultra was in there and Tragically Hip! Cool picks. Good to see you back Ron! Think I will jump on this thread too Cheers
Hey Jason thanks for stopping by Glad you enjoyed the video have fun doing yours 😎
Great choice with Framed by SAHB - saw them in Hull in November '74. They were amazing - one of my favourite concerts, and Framed is my favourite album by them
Yeah I agree My first love was framed and still is thanks so much for watching leaving comments subscribing and liking the video much appreciated
Grand Funk transends energy, incredible.
Thanks my friend I think I know every note on that record I've listened to it so much
Great selection, Ron. All in my wheelhouse.
Thank you very much thanks for subscribing and liking the video much appreciated
Yeah Jackson heights, string driven thing Good stuff
GRAND FUNK! YES!! My 1st album, too!
Wow no kidding awesome Love that record so much
Hey Ron! I’m sure you could do my contest with all the records you have! It is show me you 5 Michaels and that could be any iteration of Mike, Mickey, or anything else you can figure! Also, it can be a first middle or last name! Give it a shot because I don’t have that many entries therefore, your odds are high! 🎉
Thanks for watching and appreciate your invitation to your contest ❤️
Hi Ron, great to see you back......
I found an original Ziggy Stardust and Black Sabbath here in the UK just last week.
Wow that's two grails for most folks congratulations!
very very nice those are two of the hardest records to find because they're so coveted people don't give them up.
@@RocknRonni Thank you. I was lucky enough to have the camera running when I found them.
🙌🏼Crime of the Century🙌🏼 Close to the Edge🙌🏼 Deja Vu 🙌🏼 Depeche Mode🙌🏼 Camel 🐪 Jethro Tull🙌🏼Van Der Graaf and of course Zeppelin and Sabbath. ✌🏼🎧
Thanks bro most appreciated Glad you enjoyed the video
great list ron missed your videos
Thanks bro 😎
Love your videos bro. I think stand up is the best tull album. Some gems there ron, rave on.
Stand up is fantastic and the new analog productions Bernie Grundman remaster is phenomenal sounding.
there are so many great Jethro Tull albums but aqualung is probably the one I've listened to the most. Thanks for watching bro and leaving such a fantastic comment 🔥
I agree with your choices, definitely those were some of the greatest records ever recorded
Thanks my friend thanks for watching and leaving comments 🔥
I also used to have a DCC pressing of Aqualung which many really go for.
Japanese original copy of Deja Vu is awesome, I have it with the green Obi still intact, you have some great LP's there
Thank you very much yeah that OG of deja vu is so, so good I had the classic records edition of deja vu and it was horrible compared to this record. Sounds like you got yourself a beautiful record collection as well congratulations ❤️ thanks for subscribing and liking the video most appreciated
Hello mr musiclover
Just wanted to say I like your music taste (heard all you showed) but in my list would be Live/Dead by Grateful Dead
Moondog 1 and 2 on Cbs, La flute indienne 1 and 2 by Calchakis, Rainbow bridge by Hendrix and because I am from Sweden I would add Kebnekajse 1,no music no life...
I love that lyric "tax the rich, feed the poor, til there are no rich no more". Or something like that.
Yeah that's exactly it from 10 years after sounds like you love that song as much as I do.
probably listen to it as much as well lol
By the way, Ron, you might have missed my big review of Peter Hammill's solo albums. It's on my channel.
Ooh very nice I'll have to check that out I have quite a number of Peters albums can't wait to watch your video and get your opinion thanks so much for the heads up. 👍
Good to see you back, Ron.
Thank you very much My pleasure
Great to see you, Ron!
Thanks bro 😎
Nice collection!
Thank you very much thanks for watching and taking the time to leave comments much appreciated
Watch out where the Huskies go don't you eat that yellow snow🎵
Yeah but I know all the lyrics to that stuff it's so much fun listening to Frank's up on these records overnight sensation, and apostrophe
Love House On the Hill to death.
Yep you and me both thanks for watching
I saw Stranded ( Roxy Music) but all early 6, including Viva Roxy Music were great ( For your Pleasure 10 out of ten).Manfred Mann also did well with Nightingales and Bombers and the magnificient Roaring Silence !
I agree Roxy and Manfred Mann some great stuff some of my very favorites.
thanks so much for watching subscribing and liking the video awesome
Somehow that seemed like more than 10 but I lost count. We have similar tastes, I even overplay the Audience record. I'd say half I play a lot and the other half I either don't own, never heard or never play. Still that's a lot compared to other VC lists.
Thanks for watching my friend I have a hard time with the top 10 I can't ever seem to narrow it down to that few of great records that I love. Thanks for watching and leaving a fantastic comment so much appreciated 🔥
Welcome back Ron 😁👍
Thanks Tony hopefully I can keep it up 👍
Nice records!! Rock on!!
Thanks brother thanks for watching and leaving a comment appreciate you
I have some of these listed. Now days, it's more classical music for my needs at age 68. So much music, so little time. John 3:16
Yeah my wife usually listens to classical or Christian contemporary when she listens to music in the kitchen
@@RocknRonni, Contemporary Christian music was at it's best in the 1980's. My wife is more interested in watching TV, so I head to the man cave for music, or YT/Facebook.
Depeche modem Ultra, thats a good album ron,i have a rhino version of the album and some other good music in there!!
Thanks for watching Dave appreciate you
7:00 everyone's top listened record! :D
Man I love that audience album.
I've had a lot of people telling me about how they really love that audience record. surprised me because when I show it most people have no idea who audience even is so happy that you've been listening to them and appreciating the music and haven't been missing out.
Cool choice...have most of them...great taste;-)!
Thanks my friend 😎
"Space in Time": is one of my favorite albums of all time. Have to admit I was a bit disappointed though that Lee used nasty words "dykes and fairies".
Space and time is a real gem of a record thanks for subscribing and liking the video much appreciated.
Thank you, Martin appreciate you
Roxy Music kinda looks like girl on the cover of my Cars album
Great sélection i have à lot of them
Thanks very much thanks for subscribing and leaving great feedback.
yeah these are a lot of the classics of course that's why I've listened to them so many times
Love a few of your picks countdown to ecstasy Santana crime of the century . Mmeb also in my top ten . FYI Mannfred doesn’t sing , it’s mick Rogers on guitar and lead vocals
Yeah Nick Rogers is singing so good thanks buddy
@@RocknRonni mick lol
Love that Audience album Ron, I don't have that pink label though. I don't think so anyhow. LOL.. Can't argue with any of the records you showed, a lot of them would make my list too. I was surprised not to see any Stones albums. Very disappointing, I'm unsubbing. LOL
Yeah I should have put let it bleed in there listen to that a hundred times too sorry Bobby 😎
@@RocknRonni Let it Bleed is my fav Stones album. Your forgiven...
Rocking’ Ron. 🎵
@@tbonetnt33456 I might be putting a video out tomorrow wouldn't that be nice
I bought the ten years after - Kevin Gray remaster - it’s spectacular
Yes such a great record to get the Royal treatment too bad audio fidelity is out of business had a great business model must have had other problems and that album I do believe is not in large supplies so we're a couple of lucky ones to get that record thanks for watching and leaving a great comment 🔥
It looks like my collection.
Hey Rick thanks for watching the video and leaving a great comment you must have a great record collection 😊
Ronnie!🤘
🔥😎❤️
I only knew The Famous '(but rotten)' Charisma Label with the mad hatter on it. I owned 1984 by Rick Wakeman on that Charisma.
Label had some good UK bands on it
VDGG 💪🏻
Yeah I love my vandergraff have all the early stuff
хорошо со всеми поздоровался-привет каждое тело!уахаха
Good to see ya again dude! Did you chip your tooth ?😮
No it's my bottom teeth are rubbing on my top teeth been a thing since I've been a kid just showing up now that I'm older thanks for watching Glad you enjoyed the video my friend
I didn't mean to be rude , I've just never noticed it!😊
I think you may have miscounted.
I thought it was only a guideline
Thanks for the video check out Halsey Badlands album It's a masterpiece and the videos are good too on UA-cam have a great day
Thanks for watching and thanks for the recommendation I am going to do it right now thanks so much much appreciated thanks for subscribing and liking the video my friend
I think you just picked la crème de la crème. If I were to make such selection, I'd probably inlude 95% of your records in my list
Thank you very much my friend very high praise much appreciated thanks for subscribing and liking the video 🔥
SAHB!
I love my Alex Harvey band I really do thanks buddy thanks for subscribing and liking the video much appreciated
0od fart 10:06
Takes an old fart to be aware of such things, thanks bro 😎
It’s the couch 😅
@@bertbecker7532 At least the dog isn’t being blamed.
Ron you're a show off.
Does anyone else think Ron is so 1970's, he has a tuna sandwich, potato sticks and an Orange Fanta for lunch??
Well there's going to be a lot of '70s records in there if I have listened to them a hundred times was kind of my criteria but yeah I think 1973 was the best year for music so many of my favorite records is in that era and I could have shown even more records but you have to stop somewhere it's supposed to be a top 10 and I had 25 lol. Thanks so much for watching and leaving such a great comment 🔥
Cheap trick. Live at boudakon. Wore it out
Yeah cheap trick their first album I played that a lot when it first came out Great stuff 😎 thanks for watching thanks for subscribing and giving great feedback.
100 plays? The only one that comes close is Love's Forever Changes.
You know that record deserves a lot more love from me and in fact I'm going to play it today because it's not getting enough play on my turntable thanks so much for the great comment and watching the video 🔥
Man you are not even telling us the name of half the albums, jethro tulls masterpiece’ is that the name of the album ?
I don't think I could put a number on how many times I've listened to Highway 61 Revisited, Are You Experienced?, Forever Changes, Buffalo Springfield Again, The White Album Sides 1, 2, & 3, Shine On Brightly, Abbey Road, Let It Bleed, Morrison Hotel, All Things Must Pass, Moondance, The Yes Album, Who's Next, Aqualung, Ziggy Stardust &tSfM, Madman Across the Water, Dark Side of the Moon, ZOSA, There Goes Rhymin' Simon, Band on the Run, Dixie Chicken, Royal Scam, Grievous Angel, Court and Spark, Born to Run, Hotel California, Rumors Darkness on the Edge of Town, My Aim Is True, Rust Never Sleeps, Damn the Torpedoes, Speaking in Tongues, Cargo, Learning to Crawl, Word of Mouth, Lonesome Jubilee, Revenge, Nevermind, played from LPs, 8-tracks, cassettes, some open-reel tapes, and CDs, These, and fifty or a hundred more, are the soundtrack of our lives, the playlist for all our long, late nights on the interstate, or, long trips into the celestial plane.

first time looking at anybody else's list like this I don't even look at the rolling Stones or any of that kind of stuff because this is also subjective and a lot of times those rolling Stones and these bigger lists they get political. Thanks again for sharing much appreciated
Boring list🥱looks just like a top 100 most popular records list
Great work. Michael Jackson ? No.
Dr. Buffoonery.
Same old stuff
Thanks for taking the time to watch the video much appreciated
Ok, before you show crime of the century I'll stop watching this 'cause I hate that band.
I was predicting you were gonna bring that one out somehow and I was right.
Yeah when it first came out my sister bought it.
I wasn't a big fan but after I listened it was recorded so well I just couldn't stop listening to it.
it'll grow on you after a while not all the songs mind you but there are a couple really good ones.
thanks for watching appreciate it
