Def one of mine. And "Shattered is the only song in my entire life that made me tear up. The song describes Depression so incredible. No other song has described Depression better in my opinion. And to hear Better Days for first time made me go wild. It is the sequel to Shattered. Even both are album closers . This album connects with both previous works so well. They fit perfectly. Si many connections,Easter eggs, continuations, etc from place I feel safest. Album of the year for me n wont change since my fav band. But I hope Silent planet drops album this year ! Architects ain't from what I hear or that would be a heavy contender.

Greatest band !!! This song is INSANE... alot people or most people didn't even notice this song being a sequel to "Shattered " this whole album being a sequel to Place I feel safest. So many connections, Easter eggs!! No other band has such incredible lyrics like currents then Brian's delivery of those lyrics!! No lie when I say my whole life I waited for band like Currents!!! And learned while ago they from half hour from me! Was so happy to find the album at bottom of my stairs three days before release! Felt so lucky and privileged. Was not let down at all. Yes biased but from all reactions I'm not wrong. Album of the year and that won't change for me. On my phone I added the Ep "ILDI" in playlist of this album. They also connect so well and yes BRIAN Wille is singer
And Chris Wisemen is the guitarist. They both are the writers of the music. Brian write the lyrics of course and Chris writes instruments and he is the one who plays the keys and synth this album. He is also in the band Shadow of intent a deathcore band. So he writes and plays for 2 bands. The dude is beyond talented. His style is fire.
