I work in a pet store every vet recommended to our customers get pro plan or science diet and those are not the best at all especially pro plan those 2 are one of the worst
@@susanmcbeth4220 I feed him different brands but things like instinct, stella and chewy, the honest kitchen, fromm, it really just depends on the dog and the breed and if they have allergies to anything. Some breeds do well on science diet but I would try other brands before settling.
miguel serrano do more research. Dogs need a highly moisture rich diet. Dry food is rubbish. If you can implement a raw fed diet. EVEN high brand dog foods that claim superior nutrition are not sufficient. Dogs thrive on raw meat RAW MEATY BONES AND ORGANS. 80 percent muscle meat 10 percent secreting organs 10 percent meaty bones. These are not size dense teeth breaking bones this means consumable bones chicken thighs lamb necks etc. Stay away from dry food for all dogs.
No you don't have to feed raw. Did you not listen to the video at all? Lol raw feeding is a newer fad and if you don't know what you are doing it will lack nutrition. Your domesticated dog is not a wolf but even then wild wolves without human help only live 6 years and that's if they make it past puppyhood. This idealistic view of wild wolves being the epitome of health is a fantasy.

DOC BAINL so what kind of raw diet dog food should I look in to do u know something that won't break the back the food that I get is almost 60bucks
