​@@Starlight18976 Oml just don't. Try to stay clean for as long as possible. If you have the urge to harm yourself, draw or write your feelings down. Or maybe talk to a friend.
I like to keep a rubber band on my wrist, and whenever I have the urge I just pull it. This way I don't get scars and there's no risk of major and serious injuries.
