Sallie, I would love to know what you were referring to when you mentioned that you don't think as many people have ruptured cysts as the ER says do? Are there additional things that should be considered if you are told that? Trying to figure this out for my daughter that has already had expert excision and then hysterectomy for adenomyosis, with only one ovary left.
