Samurai Jack would be interesting, he's essentially a superhuman with an indestructible sword. I'd say Batman could probably temporarily disorient him with fear gas, then shoot him with some sort of incapacitating gel, similar to the gel he used to incapacitate Aquaman when he was briefly controlled by The Joker.

As for dealing with the Highlander, Batman will definitely need to lead the battle into an unpopulated area. Although, if the Highlander can retain the kills from previous battles, Batman could easily die from one attack.
EYELANDER not Highlander, its not that hard, the sword also talks and is sentient.
eyelander doesnt do more damage with each kill, each kill makes demo faster and gives him a higher max health

The hardest part would be getting to her, but if Batman can get to her, the best plan would be to weaken her with contact to Immulsion, then install some sort of telepath blocking device onto her to keep her from commanding her troops. Queen Meera was also once human, so any sort incapacitating poisons or diseases should work on her unless proven otherwise.)

(Essentially, wait for Beerus to fall asleep and devise a method to keep him asleep, such as inducing a coma. He already sleeps for millenia normally, so it should be easy. If Beerus is already awake and/or enraged, Batman would probably need the Hellbat or would need to locate and incapacitate the Supreme Kai before Beerus can get to him. Finally, if all else fails, I'm fairly confident Beerus can't travel dimensions/universes without the aide of Whis; so trapping Beerus in The Phantom Zone should be viable if Whis isn't a concern)

I don't usually get involved with something like this, but some of the previous contingency plans outside of DC heroes/villians does sound quite fascinating, even if it's more of a 50/50 chance of success (No disrespect or anything). Never was a huge TF2 person. Was there this much batspit insanity in the backgrounds of the other characters? I assumed they were just a bunch of guys shooting at each other.
The backstories for ALL the characters are downright bonkers. Especially when anything involving Australia or Halloween comes up.
Most of the insanity is to do with australium, magic, or lead poisoning.
scout is quite literally gods gift to earth. specifically, gods gift to women. despite this, everyone in the tf2 universe - except god - hates scout. unless its one of his coworkers, who barely tolerate him.
