We had this one in for repair so not sure? They can be hooked up to an scanner which would probably tell why?

I see some Lithium Ion golf carts like Kandi have a 12v motorcycle battery in addition to the lithium ion battery. Is that the case with the EZ Go models?

Not that we're aware of?? Lithium is becoming very popular in carts now but looks like each brand are doing their own thing right now. We now know ezgo has done away with the this Samsung battery and now trying others.

@@cartsmarttv I agree, every manufacturer has a different spin. Surprising they would drop Samsung, they went all in with all their lines - Cushman, Jacobson, etc. Seems like a good product. I think we're finally at a point where we're not scared the dammed things will blow up on us like in the past. LiOn has had issues with thermal expansion, etc. But then again lead acid has also had its share of problems. Thanks for the vid, good stuff.

My 19' Elite has always performed perfect, 17k miles
I'm trying to find someone that has replaced the OEM pack with aftermarket Eco Roypow BigBattery Allied Etc

Pretty sure that would be no problem as all the cart wants is the voltage. At that point you would only have to hook up the Positive, Negative terminals and should be good to go. We were only showing the different operating system this battery has.

Wow. I think it’s better to get a non lithium cart and convert it.
